I went to get my eyebrows threaded. The woman was very respectful and kind. Unlike many other reviews, I thought the establishment was clean and welcoming. Glad I didn't pay a lot. I got a Groupon for a facial. There was a child in the salon (I assume an employee's) who was playing her iPad or iPhone on full volume and screeching and laughing and singing along while News 12 blares on the TV. Not a relaxing environment at all. I was wearing flip flops and after I lied on the table, she told me to take my shoes off. I did but I never understood why I had to and I thought it was gross to them have to walk on the floor barefoot to put them back on. She spent most of the facial telling me not to buy Groupons and just call her and she will give me the same deal and then why don't I wax my bikini line and under arm and do threading on my eyebrows. I don't want a sales pitch while I'm supposed to be relaxing. I lied in the bed (just a waxing table) for 30 minutes waiting for the peel-off mask to dry without any cushion, and then she peeled off the mask but left the stuck-on pieces in my hairline for me to clean up. I ended up pulling the pieces out along with some hair. Won't be returning. read more

The worst facial I have ever gotten. She did no extractions. Put some creams on me and called it a facial. This place is so unhygienic. And she lies to your face. She was with me in the room for legit 15 mins max. And left me there for another 20 and said I had a 45 min facial. I should give her a zero star. read more

First time going for a facial . Facial Massage was nice but as far a deep pore cleansing, I still had whiteheads and blackheads and I know exactly where they are. If you could place zero stars I would. She does a terrible job, messes up and then doesnt even say sorry or solves the issue. She lies about what she says she will do for you and so much more. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I colored my hair and my hair fell off under her care. There are plenty of other salons to go to that are like actually worth it. I do not know why this place got such amazing reviews! First of all- this is not the place from the picture! The location is not great, and the store itself is gross! When I came in I had to wait a few minutes while the owner was finishing up with someone else. When she was finally ready she told me to sit at one of the main chairs, while I was expecting some sort of private room (was there for eyebrow threading). While she was working on me she actually stopped to answer the phone and told me she couldn't understand what the person was saying and actually asked me to answer the phone when the person called back since she didn't speak English that well! Seriously? The threading job wasn't completely terrible, but I have had better. When I got home I noticed she completely missed the side of my brows and I had to use a tweezer to fix it up! She didn't even put a cooling cream or powder on after!!! I was completely shocked when she started asking me about my religion- like seriously way too personal! I will never go back to this place! Glad it wasn't more then $5! read more
