So I called the place first because I was interested in their Dermaplaning service. I spoke to Rosetta who was very helpful and answering ALL my questions! Made an appointment for Friday at 5:30pm when they close at 6pm. I was running 5mins late and when I called to let them know they said no worries, which was very reassuring because I felt so bad. I was greeted and signed forms real quick. My aesthetician was Samantha who was great. She walked me through the whole process and we had a great convo the whole time. The Dermaplaning lasted about 25mins. This service was $50, but since it was a new service for me I was allowed to use 20% off. When I paid they gave me a welcome package with some lotions and another 20% off a new service coupon as well as a refer a friend card. I normally don't write negative reviews for mom-and-pop shops but I found the staff at Aesthetically Yours to be so unprofessional that I feel obligated to say something. I had a private conversation with one of the aestheticians and a day later that conversation was reiterated to one of my family members. I understand that confiden­tiality is not required at a spa in the same degree it is required in a medical office. However, I expected there to be some level of privacy between me and the aesthetician. I am worried that they will continue to talk about me to other clients. I have only been coming here for a few months and after my first visit I was sold. I knew that this place was better than all other aesthetic places when my first consultation was honest.... honest to the point that I was told not to do what I was inquiring about because it wasn't a fit for me. My consultation was over the summer and I spoke with Rosetta about permanent makeup. She explained it all to me as well as the maintenance and we determined it wasn't something that would be happy with. Rosetta never tried to make me feel pushed into anything and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything. Rosetta spent quite some time with me going over everything and I left that day without spending any money or feeling as if she was annoyed for wasting time. I respected her honestly so much that my next visit here was to try one of their facials and this is where my story begins. After being on birth control I ended up with Malasma and I have gone to different dermatologists who prescribed me expensive creams or kept me coming back every few months just to tell me to wear more sunscreen and a hat. Rosetta has reversed my brown markings in months and that is something dermatologist couldn't have done for me in years! I love seeing Rosetta because she is so personable and again, never pushy. I trust in her to give me a regime on how to improve my skin and everything that she has recommended so far has been working - I feel like I have my own personal skin consultant because she tells me what will work for me and my condition rather than any other facial spa that tells you to pick a facial off of a menu. This place is so clean and when I get there I start feeling relaxed already. Do Not Go! I was at Aesthetically Yours on December 11, 2021 for a service. I received a "courtesy" call on December 13th (2 days later) that the esthetician who did my service tested positive for covid. Not only did I learn she was unvaccinated but I had also observed her walking around the facility without a mask on. The owner said the esthetician was on a "mask break" at the time despite the fact that she greeted me without her mask to escort me to the room. This business allows their employees to be in close contact with customers in rooms without windows. Do not go unless you are fine with an unvaccinated esthetician whose allowed to walk the facility maskless! read more

First visit here and I plan on returning! Aesthetically Yours is a beautiful location that upon entering, makes you feel at ease. This is located right off of the LIRR station and parking was not an issue even on a Friday afternoon. The decorations are decadent. I was able to get an appointment for an eyebrow wax without any issue. The girl at the front was pleasant. Samantha was my aesthetician and she was fantastic! She greeted me and lead me into a private space for the wax. They have plenty of private rooms and offer a variety of services from waxes to spray tans. Her demeanor was so friendly and she immediately had a sense of how I preferred my eyebrows shaped. Now usually during a wax, I feel every tug and rip and am left red for days. Not here! Samantha was gentle and my brows look amazing. No redness, no discomfort-just well shaped brows. Price was super affordable. I came here for my eyebrows wax and tint based on the Yelp reviews, since I'm not from the area and needed some place to stop in while I waited for another appointment. They had open availability which was great, however the eyebrow wax and tint was just an ok job. The worst part was that I was brunt by the wax. I have three burn marks under my eyebrows in the the middle of my brows, they really need to be more careful! The salon was pretty but burning your customers is definitely not professional! The only reason I am giving them three stars is the fact that they were very nice, which still doesn't make up for the burns I was given by them. read more

Went here mid January and love, love, loved this place. I had been meaning to write a review on this skin care salon because they definitely deserved a good one.- A friend and I had been talking about trying out microdermabrasion for a few weeks, so I yelped some nearby locations and saw the already amazing reviews on Aesthetically Yours. I also saw that there was a deal for first time microdermabrasion clients so I figured why not! Upon arrival I immediately noticed how adorable this place was. Not a huge place but very lovely none the less. Everyone that worked there greeted me with me a sweet smile, and I'm a sucker for a genuinely happy face, so that was pleasant. My appointment was at 12p, and I was in the room by 12:05. The session was so relaxing (inserts heart face emoji) and I loved that my girl explained everything she was doing detail for detail; I tend to get a little anxiety when it comes to doing things to my face - (ugh, I really wish I remembered her name... I want to say it was Alexa? Alexis? I hope I'm right!). If I remember correctly, the session started off with a little light steaming, cleansing, face massaging (with so and so products), of course the microdermabrasion itself, and ended with a refreshing mask that sat on my face for a few minutes. Literally the best 30 minutes of my life. My face was GLOWING for the entire day. I couldn't get enough of it. I can't wait to come back here for another one! Oh and I forgot to mention that my friend went earlier than I did and forgot to use the promo they offered.
