The worst experience ever! 3:30 appointment. Had to walk out at 6:30. Left me in room, while the light sensor turned dark 3 times. After sitting in their lobby for over 2 hours. Dr. Devara's, nurse practitioner and staff were confused, and even had the wrong paperwork for me, had someone else's, while prepping vital signs. They both looked at each other with shock. I just sat there wondering, what are they saying to each other. They cut conversation short. Then, assistant hurried put of room. I was there for was blood results. Then, put me in another room, weird. I could not take it anymore. I left room after an hour, told staff that have been waiting in this room for an hour, after 2 hours in your lobby. What is going on? Asked if they forgot about me. They looked dumbfounded and said I can reschedule you. Astonished that she asked that. Then, looked around lobby, and noticed nobody was there. Even those who came after me, not there, nobody. I was the last patient. Not sure why they made me the very last person. Actually, was still waiting for some other patient, strange. So, would of been last, anyway. I was so insulted. So rude of them. I just said, "no thank you". I told them I'm getting new doctor and left. Do not use Dr. Devara, ir office, or staff.. Worst ever..the absolute worst doctors office, Doctor, and staff. I've only seen my doctor once in 2 years. Another experience, remember around November 2025. I walked in. Looked around and packed. Someone waiting said, I've been here over 2 hours, and people ate on front of me. She looked so mad. I just turned around and left. So, this is their normal procedure. Do not ever use them, please. The nurse and the ladies who check in patients are the worst and unprofessional. They don't welcome you or give you any kind of details as to how long you'll wait or what's going on. The Filipino ladies in the front were just on the phone gossiping when I tried to check in. The front desk lady Maria was a total bitch and her attitude was disgusting when I tried to find out what's going on with my appointment and why she scheduled me when the doctors are on lunch and don't know when they'll be back. I wasted over an hour here just to wait for nothing, not even given paperwork to fill out while I wait. My last visit with Dr. De Vera wasn't great either as he didn't seem to know much about anything and was a bit slow moving and speaking. They don't care about you at all. They're just here to collect a paycheck. Also the longer you wait for your appointment the more you pay for parking which is what I think they also want you to do. This place needs to be shut down asap. None of the employees here deserve to work in the medical field. Do not get seen here, you'll waste your day just sitting and waiting and getting attitude! I've come several times to pick up an authorization to see a specialist and each time they say they don't have it when before I even pull up they say they have the authorization but when I show up they take hours to get to me when nobody's there ontop of not having the paperwork I needed! If you care about your loved ones, I'd suggest asking your health care provider to refer you to someone else. The girls at the front are the most incompetent. The girls and "Dr" De Vera are very unprofessional from the "Dr's" lack of knowledge and the girls at the front organization and time management skills. FOR ATLANTIC LOCATION. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES. I REPEAT, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. For starters, there are cockroaches crawling around the waiting room. The doctor himself is a great doctor but the remainder of the staff is horrible, rude, loud, and clearly don't care about the patients. I had went in because I was nauseous and had a headache. I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I was actually seen. While I was waiting, I got to have the company of cockroaches. The office itself was dirty, not taken care of and just made me feel super uncomfortable. Next, once I was seen, the nurse or assistants yell for each other through the hallway instead of getting up and talking to each other which made my headache worse, so to me the staff is being negligent and inconsiderate. Next, they move me to a patient room, and I continue to wait 30 min to actually be seen, remind you I've already been at the office for an 1 and a half so now we are coming up on a two hour wait. Then two hours pass, no doctor, so I walk to the front desk and ask how much longer this is going to be since i've already been waiting two hours, and she rudely said she wasn't sure. I argued her response so she asked someone else how long, and they said another 20 min. UNBELIEVABLE. So I told them I'd leave. When I left the doctor's office, front desk decided to call me with an attitude and said I was next to be seen and shouldn't have left so we can do my appointment over the phone in 30 min. So you're telling me that it is going to be 20 min, then suddenly i was going to be seen, then i still have to wait for another 30 min? For someone who is sick, this is completely out of line. This whole situation was bullshit. So for starters, they need to start with the nurses because i am not sure if they are booking too many people in one day for the doctor to see or if the clinic itself is low on money to take care of it. read more

This doctors office is HORRIBLE . The front staff doesn't know what's going on, they're rude, they barely do there job and never pick up the phone. Dr Devera has misprescribed me medications, it's one of the worst dr experiences I've had . They're extremely negligent and have failed to help me with a simple gastro issue I've been dealing with, and have prolonged the issue. I still have received no help. This place is the absolute worst. They seem to be running 2 hours behind an hour after they open. A guy came in and was talking to the receptionist without a mask and she said nothing. After our first visit the doctor said he'd refer us to a specialist and then somehow forgot to do that. We called two weeks later and asked them to do it and THEN they did. This is the weirdest doctor experience I've ever had. Dr Devera had 7 people waiting outside the office and showed up half an hour after the office opens. This clinic and the hallway is small so it is really difficult to socially distance so be aware of that - actually just don't come here. Then I waited another 3 hours to be been. I needed a blood test and an infectious disease panel test done for me and my wife's fertility process. Our Fertility doctors told us to get them. He looks confused and says that they can't do it unless we have come into contact with disease. I tell him my wife has had the test already done at a different doctor's office and repeatedly kept telling him I am married, a lesbian with a wife, who is going through the fertility process. He then does the formal health questions and asks if I am married -_- and have kids. I told him many times another doctor ordered these tests, HE NEVER asked to see the paper work, and that if my wife had these tests done then why is it so difficult here?? He clearly doesn't listen, isn't LGBTQ friendly and is late and you will wait for hours for nothing. I was there a total of four hours, then finally I asked for a simple blood test. He says ok wait for the blood test, walks out, then a nurse comes in gives me a flu shot, then they schedule me for a blood test NEXT MONTH. This was part of the reason I was in there in the first place. WTF guys come on. I at least got a flu shot but this is a doctor that needs a lot of help or patients who have a ton of time on their hands and zero health issues. read more

WORST doctor's facility I have EVER BEEN TO None of the nurse's knows what they are doing every time I need a refferal Cecelia NEVER puts it in on time n sometimes puts in my referrals wrong so my insurance has to ask her to put it in again. I have insurance and the nurse's always check to make sure the doctor's can get paid but never care when i need to get lab work done or xrays they will send me places my insurance will not cover and i have do go back and get them to fix it. Today the HEAD NURSE told me it's not her the nurse's job to see what my insurance covers I can go to the place they referred me to and pay out of pocket or wait and pay to see the doctor AGAIN to get them to do it again. Office staff very rude and sometimes will refuse to help you over the phone and insist for you to come in again without even talking with doctor or attempting to address your questions or concerns. Appointments basically don't matter as 2 times already I've made an appointment and gotten off work early and gotten to the office on time but was not seen until an hour or MORE after my scheduled appointment; consequently I was at the clinic up until around 6 and rushed out as that is when the office closes. It's all about money with them, all they are concerned about is getting you to pay and not the actual customer service/patient care. If I could give zero stars I would. This doctor is not my doctor however my doctor is in the same office. I'd avoid coming here if possible. Only reason I come is to finish out what was started and give myself time to talk to my insurance about switching doctors. read more
