We had called last week to get an…read moreestimate and he answered all our questions and explained to us what type of product he uses and what his entire process was. He was straightforward with what he was going to do and how much it was, no upselling or sales pitch of any kind. Other companies were quick over the phone not reassuring us of the process and basically leaving us to simply trust that the completed job will be good, while others offer these complicated tiers of different applications at different costs. Jose was able to start a day earlier than scheduled which was awesome and went straight to work. He was very meticulous with the prep work prior to any application making sure that the initial layer will bond with the floor correctly. He had pointed out an issue with water coming into the garage due to a reverse slope and he went above to try to block the area from getting water inside before leaving for the day. He came back the following morning and finished the rest of the job and it came out absolutely amazing. He also even went above and beyond to leave a tarp outside due to the water issue just to give it time to cure some more in case it rained again to prevent water from getting inside. He had to make another trip later that evening just to retrieve his tarp. If we need epoxy flooring in the future, we will definitely use him again, he's communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and you can tell he's very proud of his work, because we are. Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful. I highly recommend them as they were extremely accommodating. I went to 3 other tiles stores before finding them, I found them through the manufacturer of Porcemall tiles who was also helpful.

Juan's Team came in the next morning and worked tirelessly for two days trimming all the trees, bushes, hedges, weeding the planter areas, pulling weeds in the Artificial Turf, planting flowers , installing mulch, trimming back the bamboo and topping it off at 10 feet as well as Podocarpus.
