Excellent experience. Luciana, Steve and Dennis were a pleasure to work with in the store. I was amazed & impressed how Luciana lifted very large tiles 42 x 42 and brought them from the warehouse into the showroom for me to see. Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful. I highly recommend them as they were extremely accommodating. I went to 3 other tiles stores before finding them, I found them through the manufacturer of Porcemall tiles who was also helpful. read more

Called Royal Palm Flooring and Rick came over next day to measure and give an estimate. Carpet was installed next day. Paid $300 more than Home Depot but it was O.K because I wanted it ASAP. Two years later and the carpet has waived. Called Rick ( the owner) , was told I will Have to pay $150 to send some one out to re stretch it. I had carpeting all my life, never had to redo an installation. If it was done correctly, this should not have occurred. Not happy read more

I am so glad that I stopped into Royal Palm Flooring. I was discouraged after less-than-stellar trips to Home Depot, Lowe's, and Floor & Decor. The experience here was much better as the best people (Kara and Rich) were beyond nice and knowledgeable. This company is professional, responsive, and honest. We had them carpet our two kids bedrooms and it came out amazing. From the first initial meeting, they were helpful and priced perfectly. They had us scheduled for the next week and showed up on time, which is huge. The installers came, moved all the furniture, and gave us advice on what they thought would look best, so we trusted them completely. The final product came out better then we expected and they completed it in a timely fashion. They also retuned all the furniture exactly back to where it was. We highly recommend this company. You should atleast talk to them before going to a Home Depot or Lowes, because we weren't put on a 4 month waiting list or had to deal with bad service or like other companies offer. We have used Royal Palm Flooring numerous times over the years and we have always been very happy with the results. We have had laminate and carpet installed. Yesterday they installed carpet on our stairs. This has been a great experience from start to finish. Rich came to us, measured and brought samples. We picked something we thought we'd like and he said it would be a week until it came in and then we could schedule the install. It arrived sooner and the very nice, professional gentlemen installed it way faster then expected. I love this company! Rich was awesome! I was in town for a short time and our tenant had damaged the carpet. I needed a good quality carpet quickly. Seems they have things that would work for customer. Customer hears person in the back on the telephone so sits down and waits and waits and waits and waits. Person in the back finally gets off the phone puts a book up on the shelf, makes eye contact with customer, doesn't smile, doesn't say anything, goes back and sits down in the back and doesn't come out to greet customer. customer waits some more. doesn't hear person in the back on the phone and gets up and leaves.
