I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rachelle. The photos of my newborn daughter are stunning, and I mean ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. The pictures are truly timeless treasures and I will cherish them forever. Her attention to detail was incredible and she handled my 9 day old baby with such care! Additionally, she was accommodating to our every request. I asked for a specific pose to match my son's newborn photos (taken by a different photographer when we lived out of state), and she nailed it perfectly. As a bonus, the studio is conveniently located next to an amazing deli, which was perfect for grabbing a bite during the session. There is plenty of parking and the studio vibe is chill. Their site said order by 5.6 to get free shipping to Preschool.... their site says 2 weeks for shipping. My order status still says shipping hasn't occurred.... How the heck does it take this long??!! It's not like they're editing them... We got the digital copies on 5.5, over 3wks ago!!! Does it take over 3 weeks to print out photos and slap a label on them??! I had wanted to send them along with mother's day cards... didn't happen. Let's hope we can send them with father's day cards... unless it takes them over 1 month to give customers their products. You'd think in this day and age they'd be more automated and quick EDIT: Got the photos a few days after initial review. Photo quality is great and magnets are great. However, ALL photos are slightly slanted so when i use my cutter they don't line up properly. My friends' photos don't seem to have this issue so maybe it's just ours... Minus 1 star for poor alignment, minus one for how slow.
