The employees went out of their way to call a local auto shop to get labor estimates, along with trying to get me the cheapest cost on an alternator. One employee even took the time to escort my car to the local auto shop due to the danger of driving with a dying battery. I cannot commend the shop enough for helping me in this situation. Although the issue has been pinned as a simple dirty connection to my battery, I would have been lost without the guidance of the superb employees of O'reilly!

Preston was very courteous and advised me that he would be able to help me. I try to do "simple things" myself but when I realized that you had to go through the tire fender area, I went to the professionals. Good thing I did! After replacing the buld, it still wouldn't work. Chris had to connect the computer and reset the system. Apparently, when the bulb blew, the computer shut dow the "port" and it had to be reset. After being reset, the light came on and worked properly. These guys are great at what they do!! I will continue to use these guys and have already shown my 17 yrs old daughter how to use their service as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

I called express oil and spoke to an agent and i inquired about the free ac check and the agent sounded put off i inquired about it. I asked what was included in the ac check and he blurted out "WE CHECK TO MAKE SURE IT BLOWS COLD! I asked again what tests would be run on the ac. The employee clarified they simply turn the ac on and then turn it off. So essentially the 'free ac check' is just a lie to get you into their shop.

Finished Up paid for my things up front and went walking to back checked in the Bay Area my van wasn't there I'm like greet their done, the cashier comes and she like which vehicle I'm like Volkswagen van she like oh they couldn't do the oil change the screw wouldn't come off okay cool no problem. I leave come home me and my husband and when I go to leave again it's oils leaking in my driveway so I'm like hmmm they must have loosen it or something next day I had made an appointment for tire plus to get my oil changed well while I'm driving up to tire plus the vana stops has to be towed back because apparently whoever was trying to do the oil change did something while trying to loosen the bolt and now the van is inoperable. The same day the van stopped I go back to the store wanting to speak with the manager one person says the manager is on vacation so she gets the coach he comes and says he's going to talk to them in the auto center because the store has no manager they are btw managers and that all coaches and assistant managers are running the store okay cool he goes back and 3-5mins later comes back only to say they said they didn't touch the van. I said that's not true he said it's nothing we can do call the 1-800 Walmart number well I did just that and have been getting the run around for over a week. My van is inoperable I called yesterday and the lady before we got disconnected told me to take it to another Walmart. First how am I suppose to get it there has to be towed and second why would I let Walmart auto care do anything more than they have done. For years I have taken my cars to Walmart without incident. This is the first mishap that I have had happened. I just want Walmart to take accountability how would they have touched the van if it was in for service and they knew the screw was overtightened.
