I do not recommend doing business with this location. I took my car in there on 2-28-23. As of this date, 7-19-23, they have not completed a job. All I asked for was a system that sounded good and a back up camera. I've got the system (which is ok, at best) and I still haven't gotten my back up camera! They are horrible about returning calls. They will let you pick up your vehicle, with the work incomplete, and promise to call you when your "parts" are in, but they never call! When you go in, they still "have to order it." so far so good, they even called me back on a day they were closed. next step, go to their shop, tell them what I want, after looking at my truck they'll give me a quote. I had a really bad 1700.00 experience with these people! I initially spend 1000 bucks!! I got a shitty labor job on a 2020 vehicle... but I was like okay maybe that was that person! I spent an extra 700 bucks and I called back the next morning let them know it wasn't playing right when I arrived I was that I turned it up to loud and they where not gonna replace speaker I busted! i had stopped at another shop for a problem that came up with a system they installed and they said I had to replace a $400 part to fix it. I did not have that kind of money so I went to this place for a second opinion. A guy named Billy said around $40 to take a look to see what the problem was. 45 min later they came up with my speaker was shorting out in my door. They moved it and I have not had a problem since.
