WAY OVER-PRICED FOR REMOVING RODENTS. I called to ask for a quote on removing what I suspect is a rat in my attic or a squirrel. I wanted them to walk around my house and look for any entry points. This isn't the first time I have used Sole's for exterminating Citrus Rats (when I had Citrus trees in the back yard). I have used them for carpenter ants, white footed ants, etc. So I have ALWAYS been happy with their prices. Jan. 5th 2026 I was quoted it would cost $2750. for removing any rats from my house over 6 months. They would leave outside bait stations and check them once a month for 6 months. Also check weekly on the inside traps for 6 months. My brother just had the same plan (2025) from them and they charged him $1750. for this 6 month plan. Jan. 5, 2026 and the same plan is $2750. I almost fainted. I said the price was ridiculous. Then Matthew asked if I had a tile roof. I said yes I did have a tile roof. Then he said they don't remove rodents from houses with TILE roofs. WHAT ??? I said you certainly did remove the citrus rats I had years ago and I had a tile roof. If they don't remove rodents from homes with TILE roofs then their website should state that. If this was true about not working on homes with tile roofs, why didn't he state this "incredible" fact at the beginning of our conversation. So anyone out there that has a tile roof don't bother calling Sole's Exterminating because they can't remove any rats from your home if you have such a roof. I am soooooo disappointed in this price gouging and Sole's Exterminating Co. being unable to remove rodents from homes with TILE roofs. This company has definitely gone way down in customer service and fair prices. read more

I live in Indiana and have used Soles Exterminating for about a year now. In all my dealings with Soles they have been prompt, efficient, and affordable. Dan always gets back with my concens in a timely fashion and addresses the situation. We had a mix up on a billing cycle and Dan patiently worked through the situation WITH me. I contacted him while I was there for vacation. My family and I went to Orlando for a few days. Dan went to the house to address my concerns. He saw the problem and fixed it. Wes call me back and set an appointment and came out in the afternoon was very accommodating. Extremely polite to talk to and you can tell the service is going to be enjoyable . Dan is terrific. I haven't seen a bug in my house since we started using him 3 years ago. He is always happy to come by on my schedule and sends me a text when it's time to come out. We had a problem with fleas in the yard last year and he came out several times to get it corrected at no extra charge. When he was under the weather on a day he was scheduled, he let me know and had his son swing by so he wouldn't have to reschedule. His service is wonderful and he is just an all around nice person that charges a reasonable price for his work. read more
