This is open 24 hours to graduate students within the J. Mack Robinson College of Business and has everything you need to make your student life better. Vending machines on every floor, private study rooms, public study areas, plush couches and chairs to relax, as well as video capability in almost every classroom that most professors use to record classes for you to review for when you inevitably zone out during a 4 hour+ class. Gotta love that it's in the middle of Buckhead also, so you can head over to the bars after a final to drown your sorrows. The staff and faculty are for the most part friendly and welcoming. The GSU Buckhead Center is the perfect place to take courses to get that degree you'll need to take your career to the next level!

My gf lived in Alabama so it was either Tulane, 4 hours in one direction, or Emory, 2 hours in the other. We toured the campus, we met teachers and students alike, I really loved it. They even offered me a scholarship. But the amount of money that it would have cost to go here was nothing short of extortion. I can't believe it still, and prices have gone way up since then. The other issue with this campus is traffic. All of the roads around the campus, especially at rush hour, become gridlock. It's quite annoying.

I attended a number of events and was thrilled to hear the President say they weren't trying to exclude and alienate conservatives from the community + still teach critical thinking skills (one of the positive aspects of my time there). Gone are the good ol' boys and now diversity (including being a first generation student) actually seems to be considered and appreciated where that wasn't my experience. The bad old days were so bad I had nothing to do with the school for about 10 years due to the presence and protection towards a group I found loathsome (and would be completely inappropriate in our modern times just as it was 20 years ago). Since my most recent visit, I can say with pride that I went to this school and am proud of my classmates for stepping up and being change so others don't have to go through what I'm sure some of them did.

Conveniently located within downtown Atlanta . There is a Train station nearby which takes you to airport and other places south bound . Parking is a bit wierd inside the campus for visitors . The finalncial aid department wasn't much helpful. Wish they had more information for us . Overall a very good campus and loved the atmosphere....

Went to an amazing event this weekend. Was the first time I've ever been inside the ACU campus…read more The parking was adjacent to the campus building we were headed to so no issues with parking. But even on the weekends it was $12! A lot! Also, the system did not read my ticket printed so I had to pay $24 to get out as they charge $24 for a lost ticket but the security help kept disconnecting the call so I had no choice. Staff - they had some CAU staff on site for the event but mostly event staff were present. Atmosphere - now the building itself definitely have HBCU vibes!! Loved everything about it! Nothing seemed dirty or too outdated. Everything worked in the bathrooms and the technology supplies were updated. I appreciated the school hosting the event and look forward to visiting for other events as well. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning. Thanks Brittney

HBCUs which are really in a class of their own (Morehouse, Clayton State University, Clark Atlanta University, Albany State, Savannah State University, Fort Valley State University, etc) or Atlanta Technical College 4. All woman colleges like Spellman or Agnes Scott 5. This housing office is the absolute worst. With all of the kids accepted by the university, how come they cannot adequately house the students they owe this responsibility to? One solution that was given, was to house my daughter in a hotel for the semester. How could this even be remotely considered safe to house students in hotels throughout the semester instead of the proper collegiate dorms that our money purchases? I do not recommend sending your kids here as it seems they are more concerned about accepting kids for the sake of tuition instead of properly taking care of the kids once in their care. Here for my Grandson's move in day, and with 751 freshmen (class of 2030) it was a well oiled…read moremachine the way the college had everything organized. You can only pull up to the dorm area unload your young men items in a designated area and move your vehicle. Thankfully there were 6 of us. So as my daughter moved the van my wife watched the items as we took what we could to my grandson's dorm, however the sophomores, juniors,and seniors would also come around to help everyone that's the Morehouse way. After we got to the dorms we all pitched in to help my grandson get somewhat situated. Then the next 4 days was laid out with assemblies for the parents, and love ones and the 751 freshmen starting their journey. At the college request we were asked that at the opening assembly that no photos and videos are allowed to preserve the sacred opening. However all other assemblies generally 2 a day for the parents and loved ones you could take photos and videos. On the second morning another assembly we were given the history of Morehouse and to the administrators surprise one of their alumni made a special appearance sporting his NY Knicks cap, yes Spike Lee and he gave a very poignant off the cuff inspiring speech to the young men and after he was done was greeted with the Morehouse chant. This school is one of the most famous colleges in America, Martin Luther king was a student here Samuel Jackson also Julian Bond and Senator Raphael Warnock just to name a few. Forbes magazine has Morehouse at number 3 as the best private HBCU. To walk this campus and knowing all the great civil rights leaders and entertainers who matriculated here really is a blessing.

Here on campus for a summer mentor program for my high school student. This campus is absolutely…read morebeautiful. The mentors and staff are so professional and helpful. This program is a great opportunity and we are thankful for it. The history of this school, and the surrounding schools, is evident everywhere you look. You can't help but feel proud as you stroll the grounds. Parking was super easy to find and it is only $1/hour. The campus is very clean. I love all of the flowers I see planted everywhere. We passed a greenhouse while on a tour and it was gorgeous. There are murals and monuments all across the campus. It's all stunning. The kids thought it was cool that there are four schools all here in this one area. Walking through and crossing onto another campus was cool.
