Last night I had accidentally flossed out an old filling so I had to make an appointment to get it fixed. Dr Chen was my dentist and even though I was running late, they were still able to get me in and complete the filling and I was on my way! It had to be the fastest filling I ever had with the x-rays and filling done within 45 minutes! I got there at 2:20pm and was out before 3pm! The numbing wore off after a few hours and I don't feel any discomfort. I also only paid about $118 for the filling and x-rays after my insurance. Dr Chen was really nice and checked to make sure I was doing okay and again was extremely quick and efficient. Some people don't like the clinical nature of this office but I love it! I recommend all of my friends, coworkers and family to come here!

He questioned my piercings, and didn't hide his disgust at my tongue ring. He had the nerve to mumble, "how do you even clean this?" I felt embarrassed and couldn't answer due to the fact he was literally cleaning my teeth at the time of asking. So yeah I was in a vulnerable state. It made me feel gross? I take pretty good care of my piercings and change my jewelry periodically. Yes I brush my tongue piercing when I brush my teeth and I know the hygienic risks before I got the piercing. We took the flight anyway and upon landing I randomly called a dentist, who himself recommended Dr. Kashiwada. He took us in immediately though he was otherwise booked. His care, compassion, obvious skill, and amazing follow-up, was unique in all my nearly seven decades. He is a clinician. He is an expert, on licensing boards, and it is a delight to be in his caring company. He allows you to enjoy a dental visit! We had never met him but immediately felt as though he had been our dentist for decades.
