Just moved to the area and happened to walk in as they were about to close. Very nice couple that owns it and the manicure was great. Came back for a pedicure and made a 9:30am appt. Yes, there were others in front and I had to wait a bit, but that's the sign of a good spot. I will be back and the l pedicure was great as well! Lots of options! read more

I'm so embarrassed. The disrespect. We went for nails and pedicure. My Toes not Only look worse, I never actually got a pedicure. Soaked for 20 minutes. Cut my big toes, no file, no scrub no massage not even lotion!!! I have product lumps... shape is horrible!!! Sad that the lady that did my pedicure was my bfs moms favorite lady for years... her and the lady at the front were too busy talking about us, to care about what they did to my to my toes... First of All I'm embarrassed about my feet already and y'all insulted me so bad that you don't even deserve this much energy to write a review. Everyone is so nice. Amy still calls me baby girl even though I'm not little. I have been going there since before I can remember. I normally get lotion rubbed on my hands with an additional hand massage. My nails always come out looking the best. The pedicure is AMAZING they give the best leg rubs and scrub my feet so good coming out as soft as a baby's bottom. I can't think of a place any better. read more

Although I made an appointment they seemed to allow more walk-ins than they could accommodate & manicurists were moving from one client to another. Horrible!!!! All I requested was a polish change, the lady, filed, and did other things so she could charge me more than the 'polish change' charge. She made several of my cuticles bleed with the electric drill. So annoying. She painted my cuticles and when I asked her to get the polish off of them, she got pissed and they started talking Vietnamese.... this place is awful. I have been getting nails done for over 20 years. I have gone here numerous times because they are close but everytime I've gone, they either burn my real nails by filing to much or nick my skin with the files and I bleed. They also do not do the nails properly either... there are rough areas and uneven spots and in less than a week the nails usually start lifting. Everytime I've gotten a pedicure, they hurt me by digging into the toenail. They rush through the services so they do not take the time to do them correctly and cautiously. After several visits I have decided it is worth the drive to go somewhere else. read more

I gave them 3 tries. This was my last visit. Had a set taken off and new one put on. Was burned 3 times, cut one time. Amy the one in charge didn't want to change the towel at her station had to ask her to change towels. she dropped one of he nail tips on floor bent down picked it up and glued it to me before i could protest. It was horrible my hands are hurting. I only wish I would have walked out. When she was done I noticed that there were little black almost like pepper in bedded in 3 of my nails. Horrible service. I paid $45 for awful manicure! The lady that did it is either the owner or one in charge. She made my nails out of shape and didn't even remove any cuticles!
