I'm so embarrassed. The disrespect. We went for nails and pedicure. My Toes not Only look worse, I never actually got a pedicure. Soaked for 20 minutes. Cut my big toes, no file, no scrub no massage not even lotion!!! I have product lumps... shape is horrible!!! Sad that the lady that did my pedicure was my bfs moms favorite lady for years... her and the lady at the front were too busy talking about us, to care about what they did to my to my toes... First of All I'm embarrassed about my feet already and y'all insulted me so bad that you don't even deserve this much energy to write a review. You charged way too much and I have to go get my feet fix by a real professional, today is Sunday so you're not even open... I will post pictures of my feet... I will not return to fix them you don't deserve my gas from Mineola... I will share this on google yelp and Facebook....

Worst nail place I've ever been to in my 40years! Paid 40$ and gel came off first day! By the second day all my nails had chips of polish off of them. She was in a hurry, did not even give me the time for a manicure. Next please!! $$$

The best in this small town! Amy is super friendly and remembers you from visit to visit. I go to other nail salons in larger cities, but this is my favorite due in part to the customer service.

She sprayed them with alcohol and acted like everything was fine, but it wasn't. My toes were bleeding, and the pedicure itself was mediocre at best because she was too busy dealing with other things to focus on her work. I understand that things happen, but if you are unable to focus on a client safely, someone else should step in. Before she ever came over, I specifically requested gel polish, was given the color book, and selected my number. Another tech relayed this information to her, and she acknowledged it. Despite this, she took several personal phone calls during my appointment and was clearly rushed and distracted, which is likely why I was cut in the first place. She then chose a completely different color than the one I picked and said she would add glitter. I was confused but initially assumed it was still gel. After waiting for the lamps that never came out, I realized she wasn't even applying gel at all. When I asked, she told me I had requested regular polish. I never did, not once. I haven't worn regular polish in years. At that point, I accepted the regular glitter polish simply because I was overwhelmed and close to tears. While sitting and waiting for it to dry (which it never properly did, regular glitter takes forever), I finally asked my husband to speak with a manager and requested that the polish just be removed so we could leave. It should also be noted that my husband's nail tech had to step away as well to help deal with the same personal situation involving my tech. When my tech returned with the manager, they began yelling at each other in front of me. She then aggressively removed the polish, while my toes were still freshly cut and bleeding. She offered to repaint them with gel, but I declined. My feet hurt, and I just wanted to leave and never come back. At checkout, the manager did not acknowledge any of my concerns, offered no apology, and still charged me full price. The only comment I received was, "We good now, right?" I again mentioned that my toes were bleeding and was ignored. I paid and walked out with bare, cut, and bleeding toes. I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you are looking for a safe, calm, and relaxing experience because this was absolutely not it.

Best pedi in town! Come see Kathy or Alena. So nice every time we come…read more Nice clean restrooms too.
