I was also charged an additional $5 for a massage that I never requested or agreed to. On top of the incorrect charges, my nails looked horrible. I asked them to fix the issues and questioned the charges, but I was completely ignored. I'm very disappointed with the experience. Customers should be charged only for the services they actually receive, and concerns about the quality of the service and billing should be addressed professionally. Why prices not posted ? It's seems like not posting prices allow them to make up charges at their our will.

I recently came with my friend to get our nails done. I got builder gel on my real nails and my…read morefriend got a full set. Before coming, I had already shaped my nails to look the way I wanted (almond shape) and then did a simple design on just the ring nails. I understand that cost of goods are increasing so prices have increased but they wanted to charge me for my nail shape because since I got builder gel, they have to reshape them after and the almond shape costs extra. I was able to dispute the charge but I just don't understand why filing my nails is not part of the cost of the job. They're usually pretty nice and the space is clean.
