First the interior pictures are not if this location! This is the to go location and has 6 seats at a bar table. Otherwise the only other things are the ordering tablets and the kitchen. The kitchen staff were friendly. Our large order was completed quickly. The presentation left something to be desired as well as the provided utensils were not up to the task of the steak. We ordered Entrana ala plancha with black beans and yellow rice. It came with a green salad. Everything had a great taste though the steak was too tough for the plastic fork and knife. Tostones huge portion and well cooked Picada great value BUT the way it was packaged made it hard to tell what was what. And the steak became overcooked. However the chicken was moist and the portion was generous. Pineapple juice fresh squeezed and worth a trip on its own! A ton of empanadas, I think we ordered everyone that wasn't spicy. Good ratio of dough to filling. Well cooked. The Stanford were the Romeo and Juliet (in a bad way) and the Bombay, Cuban, and desayuno in a good way. Got myself 2 empanadas - I have to say I like the corn one better. Next time I might try the baked ones. The wheat ones were a bit greasy for my taste. But man, were they both tasty and super filling. Next time I might just get one, and then complement it with a salad or soup. The place was really conveniently located clean and had just enough seating to not get it too crowded. I was able to sit right there and have my meal. The service is great too. I just happened upon the street festival in Hells Kitchen today. Had been eyeing this place and they happened to have a booth at this Festival. I went here during the day which wasn't crowded, but I can totally imagine this place being crowded during the nights. It would definitely make a great late night meal. You just order through the kiosk in the front. There is barely any seating inside. This place is more grab and go. One word. BOMB . Was visiting and lil bro had these waiting my arrival after a long flight and workday. First time trying this place and it was amazing. I had two of the seafood stuffed empanadas (real shrimp, imitation crab, in a light cream sauce) and they were hot, lightly fried, not too heavy but the perfect snack with the salsas to accompany. The food is great. The strong smell of pot at night when you're trying to pick up your late dinner order is not. Nor are the shadier types who seem to gather here when you're picking up food. No real seating since this is literally grab and go. Good luck on getting your order in a timely fashion too though once you do, it IS really good. The one on 14th Street that's more of a grab and go is much better along with pretty much any of the sit down locations. My favorite may have been Cheeseburger since it was so different and really did taste like a cheeseburger: perfectly seasoned meat with gooey cheese. The empanadas are ordered from machine kiosks and you are given your completed order after everything is freshly cooked, so it's nice that you always receive fresh empanadas and not food that has been sitting out. This place was on the corner from where we were staying and let's face it, I was tired of NY pizza. The inside is small, with seating for maybe 10 people. You order via touch screen but there's a full physical menu on the wall if you prefer that. I went with the birria empanada and the spinach and cheese. The food was reasonably priced and was served to me hot and fresh. By looking at it I knew it was the real deal Holyfield. The meat was well seasoned and not over salted like other places. The portion size was very good too. The star of the meal was the green sauce. It gave the empanadas a nice little kick plus it had a little tang to it. My only criticism is that they serve the sauce in those small and narrow cups which restricts you from dunking your empanada in it. Instead you have to carefully pour the sauce into it. This has all the makings of a mom and pop shop and should be cherished as one. If you're staying new Times Square and want some delicious bites you gotta try this place. read more

I'm not even going to lie but after a night of drinking, I don't know how I even got here. I was with my coworkers after a big party, and we were looking for something to grub on. Someone recommended this place, and I am so glad she did. Couldn't tell you how the service was and what the actual atmosphere was like cause I was too gone to remember lol but I do remember that the empanada I had was DANK. I ordered the Mac n cheese one, and it came out piping hot and stuffed. With each bite, I doused it in the red hot sauce which revived my soul. Long story short I was accused of stealing a $3 dollar water ( I was looking at the benefits) after I just spent $40 on food. Once I realized he was accusing me of stealing I asked for my money back because I felt disrespected. The man then said he was talking to the Caucasian lady that was sitting on the side of me ( he wasn't, she was gathering her things to leave with headphones on) . He then stated he did not care and did not need my money once I kept asking for my money back because who wouldn't after being wrongly accused of stealing. The situation continued into a very distasteful situation and he started to record me. I asked him to stop but he didn't and I didn't either. Once I received my voided receipt for my record I left.
