Plus, it's locally owned and operated, and the staff is pretty nice. The car wash was quick, and did a pretty good job of getting all the winter muck off of my car. Of course, then the spring bought the pollen and dyed my silver car yellow, so a return trip might be in order soon. The price is pretty reasonable for a full-service car wash. Also, it's not far from the mall, so if you're out that way doing shopping or stopping off at the regional market, a clean car is only a hop skip and a jump away.

And, on a positive note, it is a nice touch that, following the drive-through, auto wash, there are some clean "wheel and paint towels" one can use to finish up. But, to justify the two-star rating: - the responsiveness isn't good. On a sunny and warm weekend day, no one answered at their phone number and no one was on site. They do seem to offer some kind of human "detailing" service but I'm skeptical about the value that would provide even if one has the time and foresight to email and schedule days in advance. Neither the website, social media nor the voice message clearly explain whatever options and lead time required. - as for the drive through, the brushes and spray nozzles don't much contact the lower sections of a car. And, the relatively short time for drive through further ensures a mediocre to bad job will result. In this respect, this automated drive-through was is actually somewhat inferior to other automated drive throughs we've experienced around the country. - to be clear, no one should expect a decent hand wash or detailing for anywhere near the $17 "the works" cost here. It is very affordable. But, we felt as if we mostly set fire to our $17. Had there been a way to quickly schedule a decent hand wash for triple or quadruple or the price, we'd have done that without giving it a second thought. And, for "automated" solutions like this one, allowing customers to use a hose, with some soap and towels, for $25 or so would be vastly superior as well. As it stands now, if you're short on time and come here with a dirty car, you will leave with a similarly dirty car and just some small dry towels to make it a bit better on the margin. No doubt this "business model" works for some folks. But we won't come here again. Much better to engage a high school kid from the neighborhood for $25 or $30....or even a pro or semi-pro detailer for $50-$150 dollars if the goal is really get your car washed, waxed or detailed inside and out. Cross your fingers he or any of the individuals working for him don't do damage to your vehicle while under their care, because you'll likely be on your own for repairs. After over charging my husband and I for ice dam removal due to "supply and demand", the removal caused significant damage to our permanent gazebo, hot tub cover, sliding glass door and siding. The damage was due to the employees tossing ice blocks off the roof with no care or concern with where they were throwing it. Countless large blocks of ice were thrown from the roof landing on our gazebo, causing it to collapse into the sliding glass door and side of the house. Total cost of damages is (at minimum) $5000. After swearing at my husband on the phone during one conversation, later telling him it wasn't his fault and shouldn't be responsible, he offered us no more than $1500 and then hung up on him. The carelessness, immaturity and lack of professionalism is astounding. It's truly a shame that the company we originally called subbed the job out to Brandon and this is what we were left with. Though I can't speak to his car detailing, I would use caution when dealing with Brandon and any of his business as this is how he takes care of customers when a problem arises.

Before dropping it off, the car was somewhat dirty from the Upstate winter it endured this year. It was full of salt, dirt and a few dog hairs. I found out after that there was also some mold beginning to grow in the trunk that was taken care of by Chris. He did a great job all around the car. Got the car smelling so good. More attention could've been focused underneath the front seats, door jams and rear arm rest but overall a great job done by Chris James! He even was able to buff some scratches out. I loved seeing the car and its rims shine the next morning! Great customer service and good job!
