We spent 1.5 hours warming up, getting used to the flow, learning beginner level salsa, even Suzy Q salsa step. I've danced salsa for so many years but never actually took an adult dance class just for fun. It was the perfect date with my favorite +1 and such a fun way to do something different and learn something new with zero pressure. Kathryn was amazing and she made it so easy to learn. We had a full house and everyone was so fun to dance with no matter the skill set or experience, everyone was welcome. Absolutely love the revamped studio and how big and full of light the room is. There are so many classes on their schedule and so many fun things to try for adults only. Great space where no one takes themselves too seriously and you can come learn and have fun. Can't wait to do another fun class here again!

I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy. The class was full but not over-packed, and it was a great workout with a lot of stretching and relaxation. An extra bonus: we met the owner, Ashley, who is local and has a dance background. She was extremely kind and generous, welcomed us to the space, and answered all our questions. This is a top-notch studio; we will definitely be coming back!

I decided to visit Fred Astaire's in Cold Spring as a last resort. Yuri and Kristen had a beginners class that moved at a good pace and wasn't an astronomical amount. They break down the moves and throw new steps at you to keep moving forward. Both are approachable and professional but fun at the same time. Its has been a crazy year since I started and I'm happy with all that I've learned and instructors who made sure I'm not the guy to embarrassed to dance at any event.

Trust me, I have a hard time building a routine or being disciplined, but Gami's classes, especially Boot Camp and BodyPump, have kept me focused and motivated.
