A few days later he completed the install and did a satisfactory job. Upon completion Tyler asked if we have any issues in the next 12 months that we contact him exclusively stating that he was "married to it" until then. Approximately six months later the unit began making a strange noise so I attempted to contact him (texts, calls, messenger, email) ....nothing no response. I was forced to call in an outside contractor at my expense (all should have been covered under warranty) Skip forward to 12 months later I realized I had no copy of the receipt so once again I tried making contact and got ghosted. In a text I simply asked for a copy of the $7150 bill and again nothing, so I was unable to claim it on my taxes. On Wednesday, 3 days after I attempted contact, I was texted and they said they were still coming the next day. Thursday, the day of the job, I sat around the house all day because I never received a time to expect them to show up. Around 1:30pm I received a text that they had vehicle problems and were headed my way. 3:30pm, I texted asking for an update. I never received an answer and was ghosted. Definitely frustrating when you are re-doing a kitchen and have multiple contractors scheduled and work that needs to be done before other work can be completed. We now must find a new plumber and re-schedule the other contractors. I wish I could review their work but unfortunately I was left high and dry without a reason. Frustrating!

He always has some fabricated emergency involving sick children, fabricated visits to the ER, being kicked out of his rental temporarily, having to move into a house with no heating as excuses for leaving a job 1/3 done for weeks on end. One BS lie after another. LIARS, CHEATS and THIEVES. NEVER EVER EVER EVER do business with Matthew. He is the most deceitful person you will ever have the displeasure of working with.
