A little advice: Don't forget to bring several clean ice chests with you when you pick up your ice. Place purchased ice right in them. Make sure you have muscles to take them out of your vehicle once home or at your event. Or transfer them to another ice chest to save your back. Rented a truck from here and had a horrible experience with customer service. His name was Luis and he was very creepy towards female customers. He would continuously take a break from work to leer me for some minutes until I stared back and then he'd walk away. He would repeatedly walk around the area not doing much just to circle back and stare at me again several times over every time. I was clearly uncomfortable but Luis continued to do it. Not only that but later that day when I went to return my truck and get my security deposit back, I saw Luis again and he was at the front desk this time. He was very curt and cold with me when handing back my security deposit and kept cutting off my sentences. If you are a woman, please steer clear of Luis and of this location as it is not safe from sexual harassment.
