So I just moved to Cali from Florida and this place was the best bet for having a 10x15 for less than $200. It's very convenient and the front desk office was so helpful. The kind lady name Yesenia was so informative. I was going to pay for my storage unit a few days before my things were suppose to be delivered but she told me it's best to wait til day of delivery so I'm not paying for days I don't need to use. Other places would take the money, who cares about customers right? But not here! She put that trust that I have for this place now. On day of delivery she was right there to greet me and paperwork was fast and easy. She gave me the quoted price I saw online and I bought a very durable lock there. I have my very own code to go into the gate where our units are at. And they have insurance on it too! They also work with you if you aren't able to pay on the exact due date. This place is great! So accommodating and very friendly staff! There was another gentleman there from another storage same business just had to be there for the day. He was just as awesome as the people who work there everyday. He helped me relocate my things to a smaller unite, the place was way bigger than I thought and a lot cheaper! Also helped us move all our things. I wish I remembered his name he was such a great guy and made everything feel so much easier. Things were done swiftly and in a timely manner. I have my infant daughter with us and you know how things can be such a hassle but not with him. He made sure we were taken care of and satisfied before we left. I really like this place! Go here!! Please rethink using this as a place to store your possessions. I don't know what has happened in the last couple years. We went to empty out our parents' indoor storage unit only to be greeted by what can only be called an infestation. Mouse droppings were evident in the hall ways. Once the storage was open we were revolted by the sheer volume of mouse droppings and urine. We had gloves and masks, but we really needed hazmat suits. This establishment does not mitigate. They just let the little furry vermin run and thrive among your belongings. It was not like this two years ago when we checked on the storage. Back then there was no sign of vermin. I'm not sure if the property or business has changed hands or the owners just don't care anymore. It's deplorable. If you must use this storage facility, please check the area carefully and ask about rodent mitigation and pest control. Maybe they have a plan we don't know about. read more

Found this place because it was so close to home and we needed to store a few things as we transition into a house. I'm so glad I went with A-Patriot Storage because we shopped around at a few different places and what sets this place apart is the staff! The manager was VERY helpful and very nice, I felt like I was just still around chatting with some friends when I came in to rent a unit. She made me feel at ease with storing my belongings here. The facility is very private, you can almost miss it because it is behind some other businesses, but I like that. The entire facility is very clean and it is gated for the added safety. You have the option to pay online (with no fee!) and I even set up an automatic payment, which is good for someone like me who forgets due dates! They even have some pretty good move-in specials. I checked out 3 other storage facilities in Moreno Valley before deciding on A-Patriot. They had the best prices by far, and even let me use a free moving truck which saved me the cost of renting a U-Haul! I've had my things in storage there for over a year now and I've been very happy with their customer service. Always friendly and helpful. Customer service is ok. Ladys are nice but when any fees are added to your account for being late they act like there is nothing they can do about it. I was charged $70. in fees and I was only credited $10. and they only gave me that cause of this review. Doesn't seem like they work with people who may have a sudden hardship. read more

After being a dedicated customer for 15 years with an automatice credit card payment set up each month I recieved a letter stating that my prperty could be sold at auction. Two days later when I visited the office I was told that I would need to pay a $35.00 charge for being past due. I suggested that a phone call to a customer that has a credit card on file for automatic payments has has just expired I was told that was aourtesy they did not have to do legally. I am not mad but simply extremely let down with the level of customer service and courtesy shown to a long term dedicated customer receives form this company. I am moving my property to a competitors location over the next 45 days. read more
