The place is huge and you can tell they specialize in Propane. It cost about $15 to fill a 25lb tank and the staff was friendly. I found my spot for tank refills. Will continue to recommend and visit Pacific coast propane! 5 stars. Affordable and friendly staff and very fast too! Was out of there within 10 minutes. We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

It's on Jurupa Rd just West of Van Buren Blvd. I was looking for a propane tank refilling station so I shopped around and found Jurupa Dairy & Gas where their price at this time was $1.00 less ($2.99/gal) than any other refilling station in Corona, Norco & Jurupa. It was a holiday so I couldn't check the local propane manufacturers but I can't see how they could be any less in price. I reloaded up my 2 trailer tanks and a small BBQ tank. To add to it, the business employees were incredibly friendly and professional! I highly recommend them for your propane tank refills. I didn't check their gasoline prices as I use diesel.

The employees are helpful, despite the long lines and understandably frustrated patrons. I again, implore you to book ahead, especially if you're moving on a weekend, and double that if it's the end of the month. I returned a truck here a few months ago, and returned the next day to rent another truck. Upon returning the next day, I asked for a receipt for the previous days rental. Oddly, the associate never "checked in" the rental, so the system showed that I still had the truck. But here's the kicker, the truck I "returned" was the only truck available in the size I needed, so they simply gave me the keys back and I was on my way. In other words, it actually worked on my favor. Be nice to these folks. We know you're tired, hungry, possibly dirty (after a long move), and facing that uncertainty of a new home, but just do your best to be kind. Thank you for reading!

These days, there is hardly anyone to help customers and many of the employees they have know very little about the products in the section where they work. Sometimes the employees are just questionable overall... I went in to buy a new aerator for my bathroom faucet, but they were out of the one I needed. The guy helping me was giving off some weird vibes and it got a little weirder when he suggested that I go to an Ace hardware that he said was just down the street. When I questioned it, he insisted that there was an Ace and described a location where I KNEW there was no hardware store (I would have gone there first if there was an Ace so close by). I asked if it was new and he said "yeah, maybe". Just on the off chance, I went down to where he said the Ace hardware was located but there was nothing but a Starbucks and a cheesesteak restaurant. Sending a customer off on a wild goose chase is such a bizarre thing to do! The nearest Ace store is a little drive away and in a disagreeable neighborhood, but I think I will be making the special trip from now on.
