where to start....went for the Friday the 13th flash event and when I walked over the dog gate, saw a baby in a playpen crying, adults screaming at the poor child, dogs and puppies running around, pissing in the floor, the workers vaping, eating pizza and cupcakes and a general unclean environment. while I waited with my boyfriend because he still wanted a tattoo, I was watching a mom and daughter getting tattooed and overheard them say that the tattoo artist was under 18 and was a Valley Vista student. his girlfriend who was all over him as he worked on the young girls hand said she was a sophomore and there was another young girl also practically on top of the guy doing the tattoo work. at one point the mom yelled at the kid because him and his 2 girl friends were laughing so hard. her daughter started to cry! at that point I told my boyfriend we were leaving. do not go here especially if they let a high school student do tattoos. My 2 friends and i got matching tattoos here. We got mickey outlines - nothing even complex. Jenny did the tattoos and dug so deep. All 3 of our tattoos were infected and required antibiotics. They all are spotty and not filled in. We were charged $150 each For permanent damage to our skin that is horrifying, ugly, and embarrassing looking. homeade or prison tats look better. Also jenny never wore gloves and was on her phone throughout the whole Process. We are pretty sure she used the same needle for us. We also all got piercings that all became infected none of us have the piercings anymore. We also received no aftercare or directions for any tattoos or piercings. The place was so filthy. Stay away from here. I did email the shop asking for a refund Or at least a partial so I could go somewhere else to get it fixed- I never heard from them. This is my rating only because i havent had any work done there i did go by and talk to the owner and he was a good guy my problem is an employee that is back at work there her name is Kira stay away from her she did some tatts before she went back to work there and definitely not good she did my hands and she had to redo them twice and still looks bad and she did the side of my left leg and looks bad she doesnt know what shes doing , but like i said the owner seems like a cool person but kira shouldnt be doing tatts, and her character not good nor trustworthy she was coming to my house to do my tatts i would always give her a litye more than what she was asking to help her out we she screwed me over she didnt do 2 other tatts she was supposed to and like i said the ones she did on my hands and leg not good, what makes it worse is we treated her and whoever she brought very well my wife would feed them and and made sure they were good so in a nutshell she is NOT a good person she lied to me she was supposed to come over on a sunday to do the other tatts and she said her mom was in the hospital when actually she wanted to do another guys tatt i caught her in a lie i asked her if the guy that canceled on her ever went to get it she said yes a week later and thats when she was supposed to be doing mine but said her mom was in the hospital, please stay away from her read more

Unfortunate because the people were hella cool and chill here. She had a heavy hand that had me screaming and I assumed it was cuz it was a cover up so I didn't know what to expect. It's been so bad I ended up in the ER due to infection. I've been put on antibiotics and a steroid to help with everything. I'd love a refund as I spent 250 to get all fucked up from it. I have other tattoos and none of them have ever healed like this and I assumed it was because of the cover up that it's taking forever to heal until a doctor saw it and told me it's severely infected. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will be leaving reviews everywhere to show what was done to me here. I don't know if the needle was dirty, but I as I said have multiple tattoos that have never been infected I know how to properly care for one. They don't deserve not even 1 star. read more

Very unsanitary and unprofessional. My bestfriends tattoo took 2 hours because the lady took breaks to talk to everyone and walk around (when she said she was going to the bathroom) and she pierced someone's tongue mid tattoo. During the tattooing she set her tattoo machine down on the chair and another artist massaged her hand (with glove on!!) then she proceeded to pick the tattoo machine back up and start again. There was no proper care once it was finished it was just wiped with a paper towel. No wrap, or ointments just dry towel. Her leg bruised right away and bled for a while after. The artist claimed the scratches change into shading after a couple days but from looking at it, it looks cut up, bruised, it looks so painful and Ifshe didn't know how to shade she could have just said so. read more

Yikes, been putting off making this review due to the very conflicting experience I had here. Very friendly and welcoming place. I'm a very alternative, gay, and young individual and coming for my first tattoo here was very interesting. Mine, turned out great. Simple line art, no problem. However my friends was not pretty (full color) and looking back on the experience there's a few things to point out. 1) I also got a nose piercing. The people were very kind and helped me calm down. However, no hands were washed, the piercer sneezed after putting on the gloves and did not remove and replace them or disinfect anything. On top of this, the placement was completely wrong resulting in me having to remove the jewelry. Luckily it has healed just fine. 2) There was fast food and dog toys cluttering the entire store. However, the dog itself was clean and respectful, not too bad. 3) The artist was on video calls and consistently distracted during our tattoos. They were also trying to hurry up my friend's tattoo, quoting the next customers a 30 minute wait time to be ready to help them. This was for a full color approx. 5"x3" tattoo. 4) I asked for the artists interpretation of the concept I was asking for. Instead they instisted I airdropped a photo and put exactly that on my skin. 5) Lastly and most concerningly, our artist (who happened to be the owner) admitted to one of the artists about to do a tattoo on a client being hammered. This was pretty obvious anyways. The prices were insanely cheap and the people are very nice and welcoming. But, these factors can't outweigh the things listed above. Would love to see these clearly talented artists clean up their business practices one day, but I do doubt it. read more

I give her props for using black latex gloves but she didn't sanitize my face or give me mouth wash. Didn't use vaseline to get the piercings through. She also used the same needle twice on me. She never sanitized the jewelry before hand either. Just picked it out of a container. Not professional at all. I could've done this at home with my own jewelry but I decided to go to a "professional" shop and paid $80 for a set of piercings. Needless to say, I will never go there again. Although they were friendly to talk to, Jenny should not be tattooing. I got a tattoo on the back of my elbow, and she did not take the time to position it correctly resulting in my tattoo being off center. Additionally after asking twice for an arm rest (which I feel like is normal protocol for any arm tattoo) she declined my request to make me more comfortable and just held my arm near her chest to "stabilize" it. Her prices are definitely better than most shops but it truly does show in her work, so again I would NOT recommend! read more

Came here for Friday the 13th excited.. walked out disappointed. Also walked in with a full line expecting it to be awesome tattooing... NO.. was totally unprofessional and very unsanitary. Things were scattered such as trash, dog toys, old food, dirty dishes. Was on phone with random people totally ignoring the fact they were putting permanent ink on a person who was paying for the art. Had an attitude towards everyone who walked in, when someone attempted to speak to them they would respond with a hand to shush up the customer. Was badly whispering in front of customers and looking purposely towards that one customer. Wouldn't talk or try to comfort the person getting the tattoo or acknowledge exactly WHERE the person who was getting inked on wanted their tattoos. This place is absolutely digusting. Very unsanitary and Jenny did not use gloves when tattooing one of her clients. Cisco the owner is very rude and got all up in my face pointing his finger in my face. Spencer one of the tattooist there left a drink on the counter and the condensation got on it and cisco forced me to clean it up when it wasn't my mess and was VERY rude about it. On top of that dogs are roaming around everywhere peeing everywhere. very unsanitary. Robert (Jenny's son) was harassing me the whole time and trying to be around me the whole time getting a tattoo. Cisco has seizures and blacks out from time to time and can happen when he is giving a tattoo. i was not aware of that till i saw it happen. Piercings there get infected I was told by the apprentice to not get one because I was going to till he told me everyone's piercing gets infected. Unless u want shitty and infected work on your body forever I recommend to never come here for a tattoo or piercing. Just don't come at all. read more

Came in with my friends, super stoked to get a spontaneous tattoo. We were met with a smoke-filled room, three dogs running around/licking us, and multiple adults that wouldn't make eye contact. The adolescent child of one of the tattoo artists was manning the desk and was the only person that would readily speak with us. What we wanted wasn't hard, a single word for two of us and a little line/dot finger tattoo for the other two, but it took almost an hour to work through and explain to the child because he wanted us to airdrop a picture that we didn't have (which he still didn't understand). The process was infuriating, and we left because we felt unsafe and frustrated with the process. I have multiple tattoos, so this is not my first ball game, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If the artists won't come over to the desk and they can't freehand what you're looking for, it's a definite red flag. Went with my wife about a week ago to get information on some tattoo ideas and piercings. Arrived about 7PM. There was a sign on the door that said "service animals onsite". When we went the only dogs visible were three pit bulls running around. Those are not service dogs. One dog ran up to my wife and took an aggressive stance. There was a lady sitting in a chair playing a game on her phone. She called off the dog and asked us if we needed help. Turns out she was the piercer. We tried talking to her and asking questions but she kept playing the game on her phone and hardly made eye contact with us. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Extremely unprofessional. Dirty; unsanitary.We got there right when it opened at 12, one of the artist talked for 3 hours instead of giving us tattoos, had her 11 year old son put the stencils on us without gloves. Had my friend take her pants off and wrap a towel around herself while the place filled with men. Told us a whole back round story about one of her stuffed animals and how she wants to punch it in the stomach. Made personal phone calls to her mom asking to bring her food while burping the whole time she was talking to us. We spent half the day there without receiving a single tattoo. My friends and I went to get piercings here and it was horrible. They had a dog inside the shop and a friend of the owner just hanging out (the friend kept blowing her vape directly into my face). She asked ME if the mark she made is where a helix is supposed to be and then didn't clean ANYTHING before proceeding with the piercing. This is the most unprofessional tattoo shop I've ever been to. They spend an hour an 15 minutes doing a tiny tattoo that should've took less than 30 minutes. I got my snake bites here, because my friend had told me they were awesome. Her mom had a good relationship with them so I said why not. I had NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH MY SNAKE BITES. I took very good care of them too, cleaned them all the time and they were always irritated and bothered me. She also pierced them LOP SIDED. My snake bites were crooked and the bitch had the nerve to tell me it was my lips. My friend's respite provider got a tattoo here and it was infected for weeks. I recently came here to discuss getting a tattoo and a facial piercing. After seeing the shop and it's practices I ended up leaving without having any work done and I am VERY glad. The entire shop is filthy. The employees did not wash their hands before performing piercings on people, just put on gloves, and did not even disinfect the person's skin or the jewelry! I watched them perform 2 piercings and one was very crooked. I did not wish to get an infection so I left. I have read several reviews online with the same experience, filthy shop and unsafe practices, this place should be shut down.
