I was scheduled for a window today between 8am-10am. At 9:45 I had not heard from anyone. I called and was told by the rep that my window was 9-11am so essentially: why are you calling me? I said, "I know what I booked and I am looking at the confirmation. 8-10am. In other words: I wouldn't have called you until I double checked this so why are you responding like I am the problem.
