Walked in to the nice smell of candle and saw shelves of jewelry right in front of me past an old rustic table. I'm home! I spent an hour going through all the rooms and chatting it up with the friendly clerk, came out with some treasures. In summary: this is my new favorite vintage store in Cleveland! It's a former florist where they grew all their own flowers so the building is big and has a country and shabby chic appeal. The style in here is an interesting mix of cool retro vintage, shabby country, and newer things that go with having a cool lifestyle. Their handmade soaps are the cheapest prices i've seen around town. I love that so much recycled and repurposed things are here: it's not just a place for gifts (for yourself or others), but i'm finding practical things too (I've been here three times total since I first walked in this January). It's the kind of place where you'll see a shelf of interesting old and weird books next to brand new quirky cookbooks, a rack of nice jewelry calling out at you, then around the corner there's some amazing old stoves and shelves of retro kitchen stuff and 60's barware, and before you know it you're planning to redo your living room with mid-century decor and cool painted furniture while you stock up on great rock records. There's things i'm not into but I can see the appeal like old architectural pieces and farm antiquey things and retro kid's stuff. In all, it's like a big general store but for cool stuff. It's new so no reviews on Yelp yet. That's a first for me. Guess I discovered this place at just the right time!

Establishments must be very careful when hiring new team members that don't align with Company value. They can destroy a Company's reputation, that took years to build. Here is what happened: I ordered a tray for my husband for our anniversary, and it was to be delivered on Friday 11/28, at his job. We got hit with inclimate weather Thursday night, and on Friday, the roads were a mess, but we both made it in to the office. All day, I waited for him to call thanking me for the surprise gift, but nothing ever came. I figured they were swamped and running behind, so I didn't panic and got busy with other things. When I got home, they were closed. I never received a call or emailed explaining anything to me re: not meeting the delivery timeline. On Saturday, I get a delivery notice that the arrangement had been delivered. How? My husband's office is closed on the weekend, and we are both at home waiting on the OSU vs Michigan game to start. So, I look at the details of the email. I called the store and said, how can you delivery something a day late and not ask me if that would be okay? My husband's office is 30 minutes away from where we live. Just cancel it. She said, she couldn't, but offered to refund me the $10 for the delivery fee. Huh? Who does that? I said, ma'am, it wasn't delivered to him??? So, I got dressed, drove 30 mins each way, and guess what, it was gone. Now, I am in the process of requesting a refund through Paypal. Stay away from Edible Arrangements in Stow. They need some major re-training on customer service.

Great little novelty shop and fantastic magic show. The seating is first come, first serve. There was a gentleman celebrating his 90 somethingth birthday and his family in attendance, plus another magician named Steve, and a few other families. The fact that other magicians come to watch speaks volumes! They are big on audience involvement, so my son was excited when he got to go on stage, He is a little shy, but I think he enjoyed being up there. No photography during the show, but we did get a little card signed by Mr. Madrikhan himself! My favorite trick was "The Moth". I still don't know how they did it.....And the Ancient Egyptian trick that ended the show- wow! We were blown away. We left with a starter magic kit, a dinosaur, a magnet, and great memories.

The total price for all of the pieces was over $550. The lady that helped me stated NUMBEROUS TIMES, that it was only 25% off because nothing is changing for next year and we can continue to add to it. I SPECIFICALLY asked her if I could bring it back to GET A REFUND, if we changed our mind and was told YES 2 OR 3 TIMES. My son in-law also bought the Haunted Mansion and 2 of the 8 ornaments. I immediately called the store and was told I could only exchange it for other ornaments NOT GET A REFUND. i asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not in but all sales are final. I needed to cool down, so I stopped at the store today and spoke with the manager. She said she was sorry but that is STORE POLICY! I said even though your employee gave us incorrect information and I only want to return the 3 pieces that are duplicates? AND NOTHING IS CHANGING FOR NEXT YEAR!! She said that is their perogative as a small business and that is their store policy. i have a customer of theirs since they originally opened their store in Springfield Township and have bought many cards, ornaments and gifts from Karen's Hallmark many, many years.
