I only write reviews when it's necessary, so with that said.... Been working with Naz for over a week on a black Infiniti they had on the lot. We called Naz this very morning around 10am to talk price. We then went to Navy Federal to pick up the check. We got to Empire Auto around 1pm just to find out they sold the Infiniti last night! Like, why in the whole hell didn't Naz just mention that shit this morning when we talked?!?!? We then tried to call Naz but he didn't answer. We called back a minute later for it to go straight to voicemail multiple times like he blocked us?!? Why kind of business etiquette is that?!?! This is a shady place! BUYER BEWARE! I bought a truck here was awesome perfect. Was 2k over Kelly blue book but I wanted it and there was no wiggle room to talk down. I was recommended national general insurance. AWFUL!! They get a kick back by recommending them do not do it! over priced charge for cancellation and rude. But anyways back to empire motors- I bought the truck my fault should have looked at reviews however a month later it needed a new catalytic converter -$1000. I shifted my gears and broke the shifter -couldn't access my spark plugs due to countless stripped screws -and got 11 miles to the gallon it was a decent truck but they patched it up to make it look nice and then sell for way over a realistic buyer price. Was my fault but at the end of the day after they pressured me into buying it even though it was there for 3 weeks they were like "welp it's gonna be gone this weekend better put down 500 to hold it". they will lie and scam and smile to your face as they slide their dick down your throat. read more

Buyer beware, these folks are liars, scammers, and will sell you a car and have no remorse in doing so. They will rigg a vehicle to make it run just long enough to get you home. Once home the engine light came on. I called back thinking they would be responsible since I had just left and while I was there, they were so reassuring that this was a good car. Will take ownership of the fact that my 19yo son, after test-driving the car with me, went back with his father to purchase the car and his father made the assumption that I had already asked pertinent questions that I did not ask - that's on us. But be VERY VERY careful dealing with these people. They are very nice to your face, but also VERY careful to not say whether they know a car has problems. I would give no stars if I could. My son purchased a car here, told everything was good, good running car, and some more lies. He purchased the car around August 19 and it is now October 20 and the car has been in the shop since the second week of having, and currently in the shop now. I have already spent over 1,000 dollars in repairs and the ones need now are over 6,000 dollars. The place is selling pure lemons. When I spoke with one of the guys there he basically said not my problem. Two months of having the car and my son hasn't really driven it. Looking into what options I have to take about this. I can take being lied to but not my son when he was just looking for a reliable car and they lied to him to make a sale. Let's be clear, their customer service is amazing however I should have listened to the reviews. Paid nearly $16,000 for a vehicle and before we even drove off the lot the ac stopped working. Got home..... the check engine light comes on..... took the vehicle to the actual dealership and had to have a purge line replaced and the air bag system which costed me over $1,300. They took $500 off the price of my vehicle however I've still spent $1,300 getting it fixed. This morning I come outside to start the vehicle and it won't even start. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! They don't fix there vehicles after buying from the auction. The have their mechanic clear the codes and clean the vehicle up and sell it right to you. Like I said, their customer service is amazing but those vehicles are a NO NO !!!! No matter how "new and shiny" they look, you'll be better off going to an actual dealership especially after the money spent. Sure it's a "used car" and "problems occur" however these problems were already present but a "quick fix" was done to get it sold. Please beware and BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ! Never again and again BUYER BEWARE !!!!!! Great people but HORRIBLE HORRIBLE vehicles. When buying a car from here don't buy it on the first day. Test drive it for 50 miles and come back the next day and drive it again 50 more miles to see if that check engine light pops back on. If it does ? Leave that vehicle right where it's at. Mind you it's 96 degrees outside the air doesn't work and I have a newborn baby. Do NOT do it. I would have given one star at least for the good customer service but these people know what they are doing lol so for playing in my face it gets no stars. Looking for a used Dodge Charger and this purchase could not have been easier. Sales reps were accessible and respectful but not pushy. The manager was also courteous. They answered our questions, offered the CarFax and allowed us to take the vehicle to a mechanic for an inspection- to which no issues were found. While we didn't finance the vehicle- the finance gentlemen was helpful in ensuring the paperwork was straight and title/DMV items were in order. Total paperwork took 20-30 minutes. I would give this business less than a star if I could. My son and I went to look at purchasing a car. We found a car he was interested in and spoke to a salesman to try to get the keys to the car. This was on a Friday and we were told the Mechanic had the key and would not be in until Monday. My son called on Monday and was told they could not find the keys and then about 30 min later they called him and told him they found the keys. We went to look at the car. The car drove smoothly and we were excited about it minus the warning lights that were on. There was a seatbelt light and tire warning light on. We asked if they could have them fixed and they said they would try to get them fixed by Wednesday. They fixed the seatbelt light and sent a picture to my son before we went down to look at the car and we were pretty happy with that. Before we took the car on another test drive the salesman said that that specific car was wanted at their other dealership so somebody could look at it because they were interested in the car. We took the car on another test drive and the odometer was flashing. I looked it up and found that there is an issue with the computers in the car not synced up. My son and I went in to speak with the salesman and asked about the computer repair. He said that they would not do it. He then began to punch in numbers on a computer program to give rough estimates on payments and such. He ran my sons credit to see if he could approve him for any deals and when the credit "approval" came back he turned the screen from us and began punching in a bunch of numbers and didn't tell us what he was doing. Then he turned the screen back to us and said that my son had been approved at an astoundingly high APR. He said that was all that was available. Jus then he gets a call from the owner of the company who just happened to be at the other dealership asking about the car. The salesman I again asked about the computer repair and he said he would not repair the computer. I then asked about their up to $1000 maintenance program that is available and if that could be used to repair the computer. He said that program is only good for 5 oil changes over 2 years. This is not a maintenance program at all, the way it is advertised it is some sort of a warranty, but sadly it is not. My son and I walked out to talk about the "deal" and decided to leave. About 30 min later the salesman texted my son to see what it would take to get him into the car that day. My son texted back $553 off and the salesman replied that they would do $501 off. We went back to the dealership but the car was at their other lot but could be brought back if we work out the deal. He then proceeds to tell us that as far as the $500 off, they are not going to discount the car but rather just not show that my son was putting $2500 down, but only $2000 so that they can get more money in a loan. And that if he discounts the car $500 then the lender would not be able to loan the money and we would have to come up with a larger down payment. My son and I looked at each other and the salesman said he would let us talk and we walked to my truck and left. The best part is the salesman texted my son later that night and said that I gave him bad advice and that he sold the car later that day. Then the next morning he texted my son to tell him that the car was back, that the other deal had fallen through and to see if my son was still interested. The best part is we went to Carmax a few days later and my son got a much better car, with a warranty and a decent APR for somebody with minimal credit. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend Empire Motors at all. read more
