I worked with a sales associate to try a chair in my house for 5 days. Before delivery, they confirmed date and time to deliver and the chair was used for 5 days. I never got confirmation that they were going to pick up the chair. However, on the fifth day, I got a knock on my door to pick it up while I was in a work meeting. My wife answered the door and, regretfully, let him in to get the chair. He poked his head in my home office and said he needed the chair. I was in the middle of a zoom meeting but he said he had to take the chair, which he rolled out of my office, while I had to finish my meeting standing up (very embarrassing). When I complained, to the store, I was told that the owner would call me. Instead, I got a terse email stating that they don't allow the chairs to stay longer than 5 days and I should have known it would be picked up because the email they sent two weeks earlier stated that it would be picked up on the day (no time stated). Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. What impressed me the most was his honesty. From the very beginning, he told me there was a possibility the controller couldn't be repaired because of how Microsoft designed the Elite Series 2.
