Every UPS store in LA and Beverly Hills I take an Amazon return to gives us plastic clear bags to return it in. And labels. I tried to return an Amazon item because Amazon is sending me a replacement. It was a small backpack. The backpack originally CAME in a clear bag as the youngish guy with the black hair and pale skin (although he looks Latino) knew bc I told him. And it was obvious. He refused to take it in its original Amazon packaging and said I needed to buy his packaging since the original packaging is clear. I always am able to return in its original packaging or in a clear package provided by UPS. What a waste of time and made up rules. Important to note: the original packaging wasn't even fully clear since it came with white padding. It was only partial. Amazon needs to stop working with some UPS stores, meaning this is the only one with the problem read more

Had a review up a few years ago but manager talked to me to help "resolve" my issue to take it down. But I've decided I'm gonna leave it again. I have huge trust issues with this place. I sell online and sold an item and made the mistake of giving them my package. Unfortunately I was younger and more dumb and gave them a usps package without realizing. Customer waited for a week or so and it never tracked then they canceled the order. I lost my money on this order and they never found the item. Conveniently they changed owners at this location and didn't have camera footage of the day I dropped it off. I don't know if it's ups stealing the package or if it was usps when they picked it up but regardless I find it suspicious. I hate dropping packages off here now and try to not use ups but when I do I try to go to a different one even though it's inconvenient because they're further. read more
