I'm so pissed at my self cause I should've known this would happen. I got a quote through yelp. And I get there and the guy asked "did you get a quote" and I said yeah it's for an iPhone 13 Pro Max and so he comes back with a $160 price and I say, I was quoted 99-129 for my model phone. So he says he'll have to call his boss to get it cleared. None of this would matter if the phone worked. But now my eyes hurt from this super bright screen. I'm turning every app into night mode that can. My cellphone brightness is on lowest setting. The guy even made up excuses on why he was charging more like it was a newer better screen from before and they haven't updated the new price. I didn't want to hear it. And the whole "pay in cash." SMH If you have time to do research, go somewhere else. I blame myself for not walking out when things seemed shady. I was better off with the cracked screen. **** Update**** So I get a call from Ben. My screen is probably defective. He wants me to bring it in to run a diagnostic and see if anything is wrong and replace it and offers a refund. Tells me to take down my review. I'm your typical guy that will google or YouTube something to fix it. There is something definitely wrong with this "non-Apple screen." So I say I'll take the refund and get my iPhone fixed somewhere else. Happy to give back this screen and I'll take my cracked screen. Ben says it's not right to give a refund. Ben was polite but, at this point if I have to live with this super bright screen that heats up my phone until my budget can splurge to drop another $130 on a 2nd attempt, then Ben is gonna have to live with this review. People should have fair warning. So here's the warning. This company does not use compatible Apple iPhone screens. Your iPhone will not recognize the screen for "optimized" settings, ie "my bright screen" Worse, iPhone not recognizing the new screen is acceptable to them and was not disclosed. Who would want or trust a defective product. If I got a lemon then I don't want another lemon that passes a diagnostic only to fail me after a 3 month warranty. I'm better off getting a refund and going somewhere else. Ben, you got me for $130. I lost. And since this is the longest I've been in my phone after getting this bright screen, I'm just realizing how much it's draining my battery. Not sure what else this store does but for iPhone screens you are better off going anywhere else. Also, please don't delete your reviews when businesses ask you to. With a reasonable price of $85 when other places charged me $100+ and done within a week :/. Unfortunately it was the wrong screen (which they weren't aware of at the time) that was put on my phone because there wasn't any sound anymore. I took it back and they apologized and would repair it again with 0 charge. It happened again,where there wasn't any sound- even putting in new speakers also with 0 charge. So it was just my phone. They were finally able to repair it once they ordered a completely new set of phone screens,and still with zero charge. Even giving me a new phone protector,instead of the old one already on there-0 charge. They were willing to work with me,and around my problems. Please check them out.

He also was very polite on the phone letting us know of the price of our repair (30 dollars) and that he could do it within half an hour. We went inside the building and it was pretty hard to find. We arrived at the booth and was greeted by a gentleman who told us it would take 2 hours for the requested repair and would cost us 40 dollars. We told him that we were told that the repair would cost 30 dollars and he finally did give it to us for that price. He seemed like a nice gentleman and he gave the technician a call so that the technician can come in and do it for us. What didn't sit right with us was the overall dishonesty (I.e. Being told that the technician was working on our device when 10 minutes later the technician arrived.) Now here is the very reason why this place gets a low rating. I had called in in the morning in order to ask for directions to their booth. We paid in cash for their services and left. Hours later I receive a phone call and voicemail stating that I had gone in for a 100 dollar repair and did not pay. However this is obviously not true and they had the wrong customer. I then received a very unprofessional text message stating the same accusation. I finally called back and told them of the services that we had done and that we paid in cash. All the gentleman could say on the phone was oh sorry. Really? After harassing me with a phone call, voicemail, and text message, you would think that there would be more of a proper way of apologizing to the customer and some statement acknowledging that obviously there was a mistake. Needless to say I will not be returning. I will advise that they keep better records of their clients to prevent such mistakes.

When I wasn't ok with what they had done the woman started telling the guy working on the phone to hurry up and put her old back on the phone and get her out of here she is wasting our time just hurry up and get her out of here. It then took another hour and a half to get my phone back. Such a shady opposition. An older guy kept trying to offer me other options but there is no way I would give them any business. I hope people read all these reviews before they give them business.
