It's thanks to them that I'm able to write this review on my laptop at all. Other pros: - Comfy seats. - Professional demeanor and not condescending. Con: - Only a minor issue, but you'll likely need to park in the lot by the bank nearby. But, said parking doesn't have a 2 hour limit, is close, and if your issue is as easily identified and fixed as mine, you'd need a tiny fraction of even THAT time before you're done anyway. read more

This is the best place in Redlands if you need any repairs on Macs or iphones! I smashed the backside of my iphone so I called them and they were able to get my credit card over the phone as a deposit to order my replacement part right away, even though it took a few days to come in the service was extremely attentive and friendly. When the part arrived, I brought my phone in and they fixed it same day. I had a non-functioning 2012 MacBook Pro that had a recurring kernel panic issue at the boot screen and have not been able to use my laptop but a couple years. I researched that this issue may derive from a malfunctioning internal hard drive, so I purchased a new Samsung SSD drive, but had no idea how to install it and I wanted to have the laptop repaired to use as a backup to my new Mac Mini. Upon requesting a service thru the Yelp app, Robb immediately contacted me and after explaining the issue, quoted me a very reasonable price and kindly suggested I could bring in the computer in anytime for repair, zero pressure. The process was seamless, I brought in the laptop & hard drive within an hour before his shop closed, and he had successfully installed the hard drive & restored the macOS to a compatible version in 30 MINUTES! Upon researching online how to resolve the issue, what I believed would have taken me a few hours, he completed in mere minutes. This laptop had been useless for over a year after I was able to transfer any old data to a new device and has been restored to brand new condition.
