The crazy part is he fixed my Xbox very quickly and efficiently, so I called for a second job on an IPhone 16 screen replacement as a returning customer, but when I simply asked if I could validate it was an OLED screen before handing over the phone he stated "that would be a waste of time, if you can tell it's not an OLED after I fix it I'll just take off the screen again." Like what? Sorry to waste your time for wanting to check you're truly giving someone a product you said for over $200. It shouldn't be a problem to show me the OLED screen when I drop off my phone to you unless you had other intentions bud! I took my IPad to QCQ repair because it was no longer charging. I thought the charging port had come loose and therefore it would costly. Jose the owner of the shop tested it while I was there and told me the charging port was fine and the problem was the aftermarket charging cord. I highly value Jose's honesty! I rarely write reviews but wanted to write one for my recent repair. I was actually going to go with someone else when QCQ Repair reached out and gave me a much more reasonable quote. I went and brought it over, he was very kind and responsive. My iPad needed a charging port replacement and it took him a little under 2 hours and he did resolve the issue. When I got back home, we noticed that the iPad was no longer able to connect to the WiFi anymore. I texted QCQ about this and he reached back out promptly and asked me to bring back in. It took a little bit longer, about a day to fix, but he was very kind about it and didn't charge me at all. He is a kind and honest person and I will be taking my devices back to him for repair in the future due to his great customer service. Update- brought my moms iPad in to get fixed. Jose was not At the location so Rex was suppose to fix it. He was really busy and a bit overwhelmed the day I came in. So after 1hr and half of waiting I decided to leave it and come back the next day to pick up my repair. Show up the next day and they could not find my iPad anywhere. Stood there for another hour as they call Jose and try to contact employees to figure out where it is. They find it - completely dismantled and NOT EVEN FIXED. Literally screen was detached and the hardware inside was left open for anything to fall in. They then tried to fix it and put it back together for me - unsuccessful. Then after it being "fixed" I come to find my home button stoped working and it ended up because they cut a wire or something why attempting to fix it. I had to go and come back a total of 4 times before it was officially fixed. Basically don't leave your stuff there overnight - even if they promise and swear it will be safe and done the next day. And only let Jose fix it for you- but still stay and watch it get done. They ended up fixing the part they broke. I still paid $70 for it the repair. Oh and $1 charge for using card and not cash. read more

I found QCQ repair on Yelp when I noticed minor issues with my JoyCon on my Nintendo switch. Jose gave me the most reasonable quote but eventually we found a deeper issue what happen with my switch and had to charge a little extra but reasonable enough to meet my expectations and excellent customer service. I messaged him on the same day off and he managed to fix the issue in a timely manner. At the end, we were discussing about video games and it was a fun conversation talking about Pokémon arceus and monster hunters which he strongly recommend me to play. My iPad has had a bad charging port for 3 months, I had to wiggle and prop up the cord in order to get it to charge and then yesterday, the battery was draining like crazy and I couldn't get it to charge no matter how I positioned the cord. I use my IPad for work, so getting it fixed quick was a must. I tried Verizon and Best Buy first, thanks to Covid, couldn't even get an appointment to have it looked at for a week. You have to be kidding! I then contacted someone who I had seen earlier on Facebook responding to another about mobile service, but when I reached him, he wasn't so mobile after all and wanted me to drop off today Monday and pick up on Wednesday. That's ridiculous when you claim to be a mobile service. I knew it wasn't a 10 minute job but it shouldn't take more than half a day. I then turned to Yelp, entered my request and within an hour, had 5 reach out. The first one was QCQ Repair, but they were closed on Sunday but still responded first but said they would follow up in the AM. I then got 4 others responding, telling me a minimum of 2 days to a week since it was a "soldering job" and gave me quotes. I didn't make a decision last night, figured I wait to hear back from QCQ and boy, I am glad I did! Not only was he the best price for both fixing both issues, he was mobile and was at my front door 4 hours later. Yes, it was a tedious job that took a steady hand, but I was able to see him work on my project and it was up and running perfectly in an hour and a half. Jose was terrific, very professional and I didn't feel like I was getting conned (I'm in the car biz, so I can spot one a mile away!). I am so happy, these guys were just what I needed to get back up and running. This place was great. My Surface Pro screen broke and it was going to cost $150 just to buy the part off Amazon. On top of the screen piece I would have to buy a whole repair kit. Microsoft rated this a 4 out of 5 on difficulty to do yourself. Fry's wouldn't do it, the tech guy at my office said it's too hard, and the only other quote I got was over $400. That's almost what I paid for it. QCQ only charged $188 for the whole thing, labor/parts/tax and all. You can tell they struggled getting the screen out, but there's no way I could have done it myself. Great job, and I'm pretty sure this is a Christian owner too. read more

Instead of them taking responsibility, I had to pay more money to get a working phone. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I had money. What if I didn't?
