Excellent experience. We've been using them for years. When we recently needed a new laptop we went to Empire PC. The price was even reasonable and you get personal service. They took our old laptop and transferred everything over to the new one. We picked it up the next day. The tech took the time to show me how to transfer the photos and videos from my phone to the computer (I'm not computer savvy and he waited while I wrote it down). He even took the hard drive out of the old one for me to take home and he recycled the old laptop. We are very happy with the new laptop. Everything is on it just like it was on the old one. I just wanted to send a shout out to Empire PC & Repair! I called to ask if someone could help my mother "clean" her computer after some unsavory people compromised her identity. After family attempts to remove the offending software from her computer without complete success, I called Empire and they came to the rescue. Within two days, Jeff came to her home (due to her inability to deliver the computer) and completely reestablished her privacy at the price that would have been charged to repair at their shop! 5 stars to you and thank you again. I love these guys! They have helped me out a few times. Replacing my motherboard and reformatting the whole computer giving me all kinds of programs to use for free. Prices are low! They always know what they are doing. I ask a ton of questions cause I know some about computers and how to do small fixes and they always have the correct answer. They are up to date on the latest scams happening. I bought a brand new laptop and got a bad virus that wiped out my windows and Microsoft and only charge me $65 to fix and did it in one day. HP wanted $125. Plus I had to send it to them. They are very personable and seem to truly care. I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I entered Empire computers a bit leery based on previous experiences in the Lockport area. That fear was soon alleviated. I purchased a brand new computer. The price was less than expected with "extras" given free without request. But it is their customer service which impresses me the most. They are extremely patient and quite knowledgeable. I had a variety of questions not just on this purchase but on other computers I had (that had issues). I used to take my desktop & laptop to these guys back when they were located on Transit and I always received amazing service. Unfortunately I recently had to take my wonky desktop in, but luckily they're still just as great as they were before. I was in and out in well under an hour, and my desktop was working beautifully afterwards. Service was fast, friendly, and affordable. Our tired old laptop was running very slow and on the verge of crashing. After reading the reviews for Empire PC on Yelp, I decided to give them a try. Good thing I did. Jarrod was able to save our data and our sanity just in time! Thankfully they also offer affordable options as we needed a replacement. Went to Empire PC for an AdWare issue I could not solve. Ended up finding a sweet coupon via Yelp and saved a few bucks. I hate paying to get PCs fixed as I can normally solve the issue myself. This was way too much for me and teh Empire PC store on North French was great. The guy working was very friendly and had my laptop back to me the next day issue 100% resolved. I hoep I never have an issue like this again but if I do I am 100% going back to Empire PC. read more

Very happy with the service I received. I needed a new screen for my laptop. They told me what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and told me how long it would take to fix up front. They also answered all my questions and didn't make me feel stupid regarding anything I didn't understand. Quick service (considering they had to order the part) and reasonable prices.
