Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. Well, I'll tell you, Jeff was excellent, he gave me honest assessments and helped me figure out what I needed, not what he could sell me. I had several requirements which he listed to and gave me honest, educated advice for all of them. Several weeks later my materials had been delivered, and we set up the date. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work after a brief conversation; I believe the crew chief was Daniel. The crew did an excellent job and listened to all my concerns, I had zero issues with them, they were great and did excellent work. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.
