Long story short, after 7 expensive lessons ((as they are one of the few companies around who do not offer package deals), we realized ON OUR OWN that the student was not ready for the exam. When we called the company, they agreed but couldn't explain why the instructor had not mentioned this to either the student or the person paying for the lessons. I was basically told that it was the student's fault and that she should have known she was not ready. Ummm, aren't you the professionals who should be giving feedback on what you're seeing?
