Thank you!! I can not begin to tell you how Caring, Professional, Honest, Patient and Pleasant the entire staff we're to deal with from Step one. I chose them because they actually took the time to explain the process to us! Howard answered any question we had to begin the process. He wanted to make sure Dante understood all facts as well. He spoke and showed a caring heart! So refreshing to see these days! When we were assigned our Driver John it was a perfect fit! Dante felt so comfortable! That was the key! John was very honest and kind on each lesson! John asked myself questions questions to truly understand Dantes individual needs to learn how to safely be on the road! John is an instructor for over 20 years and is so knowledgeable and patient! He was so understanding and had great learning tips so intern Dante is a great success on the road! This is so important! You are truly getting professional individual lessons for your young adult! They are so reasonably priced and worth every cent! We booked a…read moreprivate lesson for my daughter to help prepare her for her road test, and he was incredibly accommodating, punctual, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She had a practice lesson with Yoseph a few days before her test, which really helped build her confidence and make her feel more comfortable going into the road test. On the day of the test, we were also able to use their vehicle, which made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. Yoseph was knowledgeable, encouraging, and took the time to focus on the areas my daughter needed to work on. You could tell he genuinely wanted her to feel prepared and confident. My recent experience with them was absolutely unacceptable -- borderline scam-level behavior. I scheduled both a driving lesson and a road test for my daughter. The lesson was supposed to take place right before the test, giving her time to practice, calm her nerves, and prepare. What actually happened? The instructor showed up minutes before the road test. There was no lesson, no warm-up, no time to even get comfortable in the car. He rushed her to the DMV and dropped her off -- and that was it. Despite this, they charged us full price for both the lesson and the test. No apology. No accountability. Just a dishonest cash grab. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's a scam. When you hire a driving school, you expect them to care about your child's success and safety. All Care Driving School showed none of that. They clearly don't value their customers, their time, or their trust. Do not waste your money. Do not trust this business. Report them if you've experienced anything similar.
