I'm am extremely happy. my BIG problem is some of the hardware that was ordered was not a correct fit for the cabinets. I was told I can't return them because it was a custom order. I have 4 12" brushed gold handles that cost $167.00 apiece still unopened and in the original box I have no use anywhere for them. it doesn't make since they can't be returned. I was pricing out new cabinets to do our kitchen and this was my 3rd stop. John and I didn't have an appointment- I wanted to pop in and see what they offered in person. I saw some styles online and wanted to see more. I was excited to see a bigger selection only to be told what I was looking at was months away if I ordered it. Custom cabinets and higher priced. Now- I have no idea how much higher- but we looked at what they did have in stock and decided to get a quote for one of the shaker cabinets they had. Or so I thought. I never received a quote. What I can tell you is that I felt like I was bothering the man who was going to send us a quote. They also charge $99 to come out and take measurements, when I had another company come out and measure for free and had the quote to me in less than 24 hours. I got the sense that they would nickel and dime you- and I have 2 odd, custom cabinets that I wasn't sure they would even accommodate. I really wanted several quotes to make sure I was going with the best company- and this place knocked themselves out by not giving me a quote. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time. read more

Buyer beware - don't be fooled by the positive reviews on Google. Check their profile on Better Business Bureau (spoiler alert its an "F") and learn from our experience before making the same mistake. We ordered bathroom vanity cabinets from this location and wish we had purchased elsewhere. The whole reason for coming here versus going to Home Depot/Lowe's was to get custom measured cabinets that fit our space perfectly and to get a superior customer experience than a big-box store. Cabinets to Go - "Where You Get More Wow For Less" Read the estimate and DocuSign contract carefully: 1) You will pay $200 for shipment to the store of "in-stock" cabinets plus an additional $50 for delivery. 2) If you receive the wrong product/damaged materials or would like to return the unopened boxes, expect to pay a 25% "return shipping fee". They will also give you an attitude if you try to return anything. 3) Installation of cabinets is a huge rip-off and we insisted on assembling ourselves. For reference, they quoted $1,200 to install a bathroom vanity cabinet - this was almost half of the total price for the order. No instructions provided upon delivery. 4) Their "on-sale" cabinets are still overpriced. We found a much cheaper alternative at a nearby competitor (almost half of the price of the discounted cabinets here) with the same color/material and were able to pickup all boxes same day - the whole process at the competitor took 30 mins. They also offered a 60 day return policy - no questions asked or "restocking fee". 5) Customer service here is really lacking. Sales people are really pushy, don't provide a rendering of your finished product in-store, and then won't try to make it right since the order has already been placed. We worked with Jon Erickson and also the store manager Jim Castleman - shame on you both. 6) You will pay $100 to get the precise measurements for your project but that will only be removed if they also install the cabinets (for a huge markup). They will not refund you this amount if you ask for a refund of your order. Ordered in-stock shaker cabinets in the Nantucket Bluff from Cabinets to Go. I met with Jon Erickson and picked the cabinets, the hardware, countertop and the sink for my kitchen project. I have a quite small kitchen in my condo and thought it may be about a month project as the countertop was the item that would take the longest to receive. The project started with the demo and beginning of cabinet installation on March 31, 2025. Two days were used for this and the cabinets were installed but the installer, Leo, informed me the cabinet he installed for the kitchen sink was too large at 35". Said he may have given the salesman a measurement of 100" instead of 98". A 33" cabinet had to be ordered to replace the cabinet that was installed. The countertop person to do the template had an appointment for the next day and upon arriving and finding that the 35" cabinet had to be replaced by a 33" cabinet, he said he could not do the template until the correct cabinets were in place so that got pushed back along with the cabinet replacement by two weeks. I had hoped this remodel would go smoothly but didn't appear to be going to happen with an issue on the second day. I had told the installer everyone is human and we all make mistakes and he had contacted the salesman and a new cabinet was on the way so it would be corrected. Can't change something that has already happened. The installer removed the backsplash when removing the cabinets and said he had a tile guy who could do my backsplash and I said okay. I had called the countertop company, Zsolt Granite Corp a few days after the template was completed to get an estimate on when to expect the countertop to be installed. He said probably three weeks. The countertop was scheduled for May 12, 2025. Found out the installer was sick and couldn't make the appointment so it was rescheduled for the next day May 13th. The installer, Lucas, with the new countertop arrived about 9:30 Tuesday morning and went right to work with his assistant and the installation was completed in about 2-1/2 hours. There was an issue with the leveling of the bar countertop and Lucas was able to fill in a space to get it level and did an awesome job. He made me a cutting board out of the quartz countertop which is amazing. I appreciated their work and their kindness in doing the job perfectly. The kitchen looks beautiful. I was to have the cabinet installer send a tile guy to install my new backsplash but he had texted me about two weeks prior and said his guy was no longer available. Had to find another tile person but had a friend that was a contractor who supplied a plumber, electrician and a tile guy who installed my backsplash. I was very thankful for them and they each did a great job. The original cabinet installer did a good job on the cabinet installation but didn't turn out to be very dependable with his tile guy that he asked if I would hire to do my backsplash, then canceled. The entire job took 6 weeks and 2 days which was too long. I had signed paperwork with the cabinet installer on the day he finished installing the 33" replacement for the sink cabinet to indicate everything was done and to my satisfaction. I was surprised because the countertop was several weeks later being installed that I never heard back from Cabinets to Go. The salesman I had paid upon ordering the cabinets, hardware, countertop and sink never called or texted to ask how the countertop installation went. Just a call or a text would have been nice maybe showing he cared if I was happy with the installation. I guess they weren't interested in finding out if I liked my new kitchen. Very little customer service which I was amazed to find. I really love my new kitchen, however, and think it's beautiful. Too bad they weren't interested in knowing that as my review is not higher because of things like that. read more

The whole process has been a nightmare. Customer service is a low priority for Cabinets to Go. First off, they make you come into the store to pick up your ordered cabinets and do not deliver the items. Secondly, the frame we received was damaged for the Malibu White cabinets. They said they were going to replace it. That was over 10 DAYS ago. I called customer service and they said they don't have a date the new frame will ship out because there are a lot of them in front of me which tells me they have a lot of issues with defective craftsmanship. Also they won't ship the frame to my house, I have to go back to the store once again to pick it up AND pay my contractor to come back to install the defective cabinet. Also they charge a $150 restock fee for the exchanges or returns which is essentially just a scare tactic. I will not be using them again and I paid a lot of money for the cabinets. Like many of the other reviewers said, I wish I could leave negative stars. I wish I had read the reviews before I chose to do business with Cabinets to Go. The first annoying thing that happened was that the salesman reiterated that we had three days to change our mind about the purchase, but he told us that it would not be a big deal if we changed our mind in four or five days. He mentioned this more than one time. We placed our order on Saturday and went back to the store on the following Monday (2 days) to check on one of the accessories. I told the salesman that I wanted to look at the cabinet colors in person again and he kept telling me, "the cabinets have already been ordered." What happened to the three days?! Fortunately, I did want to stay with the original color. The thing that makes me VERY ANGRY is that it is taking 6 weeks to get our countertops installed! The installer has been very rude and told us that Cabinets to Go make it very clear that it would take this long. This is an outright lie. The ONLY thing that the salesman at Cabinets to go told us was to give the installers a couple of days lead time for the templating. We are using our laundry sink to wash our dishes and for food preparation and also have two family members who are relocating here staying with us until they move into their house. What was supposed to be a very exciting moment for my growing family, turned into the WORST customer experience ever thanks to Jon Erickson (sales specialist), Jim Castleman (store manager), and Sonia (representative via phone). IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY YOU ARE SETTING YOURSELF FOR FAILURE AND WILL BE RIPPED OFF! We walked into the store thinking we were ordering a custom-measured bathroom cabinet. Jon showed us a design with additional drawers which I was looking forward to as a new mom to be. Everything seemed fine and we were looking at additional potential projects while in the store. Walked out of there reassured that they will provide us with the design for the quote provided once we give them a call. A day later, we decided to call and move forward with the purchase removing the $1200 assembly fee. We did not realize that Jon had emailed us completely different design cabinets from the design we discussed in store (we received in-stock cabinets that weren't custom). This was never mentioned in the store or over the phone. We even payed $99 to have measurement taken from them thinking we were getting customized cabinets. Furthermore, we even agreed to have them delivered thinking it will be a lot of pieces even though we live 5 mins away. A week later three boxes were delivered which was not at all what I was expecting. We called inquiring about the order and Jon very proudly said this is what you order otherwise I would have gotten a much bigger commission for a customized order. We walked into the store less than 24 hours from delivery (next day) and Jon acted like he never saw us in his life or messed up our order. The store manager Jim, seemed very bothered, angry and not willing to take any responsibility or even willing to work with us as customers. When we returned the items as a wrong order Jon said they will hold 25% of the whole order as a return shipping fee which was never ever mentioned to us. The items returned were in its original conditioning and packaging and less than 24h returned. Their policy states "CERTAIN product returns are permitted within 60 days of receipt of the product..." but Jon and Sonia take no responsibility and will take your money. BIGGEST SCAMMERS. Please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. As I mentioned before, the worst customer service I have ever received especially as a pregnant woman with the manager (JIM) raising his voice, making angry faces and not taking responsibility over the wrong order delivered making me feel extremely uncomfortable especially being 7 months pregnant. Unfortunately, when I tried calling the corporate customer service number for resolution Sonia had a similar attitude and all they care about was the 25% fee they collect for any returns. What was suppose to be a very exciting moment for my family, turned into a total crapshoot. We recently bought our first home and where excited to redo our kitchen into the one of our dreams. Everything seemed okay throughout the planning and then came installation. From the beginning we had issue. First everything took longer than anticipated which I could look past understanding high demands, but then when it came to the installation team contracted out by cabinets to go we were handed the most unprofessional situation I have ever dealt with. From the start we were told two people would be working on our cabinets and then they sent one. He came into our house and dropped multiple pieces. He was taken off the project and then we only had one person working on our kitchen. Multiple pieces for our kitchen arrived damaged, and pieces were damaged along the way. Replacement pieces were sent to the local store which was about 40 minutes from our home and we were asked to come pick them up. Then when the contractor arrived we noticed that the new piece also came damaged. Almost a month later they were able to come back with new pieces to install that were not damaged, but the contractor ended up having to fix some pieces while he was here. He decided to spray paint those pieces inside my home with my young baby in the house. He also spray painted my brand new oven. I am still furious. When I called cabinets to go we were treated as if that was not an issue, and there was still damage to be fixed. I decided at that point I really didn't want more people coming into my home and they offered me a cookware set to "fix" the issues? At that point that added more insult to injury. I finally requested new contractors come to fix the remaining issues. When they came to check out the issues they also informed us of multiple things not being installed correctly. Another month and a half passes and we finally have things fixed. A project that should have taken a totally of 3 months took over 7 months to complete. This company is a joke. Do not waste your hard earned money on them, and regret doing so like us. The quality of the product is poor and they have no integrity when it comes to the work produced. To top it off I was asked to contact them after I left my review for them on google to mock me and say I signed the satisfaction document despite having people come to my home multiple times post installation because of issues we found after. You expect me to be able to look over an entire kitchen in 5 minutes to make sure there are no issues after installation? read more

The cabinets are ok. I would give no stars if that was an option. The flooring and customer service is a nightmare! Buyer beware as the sales crew has no idea about their products and they will never call you back or respond to issues. We bought cabinets, counters and flooring. BIG MISTAKE! The flooring they sold us was ver misrepresented. I have installed many flooring types to include, marble, porcelain, ceramic, wood and laminates. This so called click and lock system is faulty and they will not stand behind their product. It looked fine for the first few days but then started to come apart and peel. They sent their installer out to look and blamed it on our installation. Remember they will sell you this product on the ease, no floor prep and self leveling BS. Even their installer says it is unforgiving and difficult to install. We bought over 1500sqft which we now have to throw away without any help from these guys. Poor business service and poor training in their sales force. We are out over 2k and they will do nothing. Meanwhile I have access to engineers as my dad works for an international construction company and they have inspected my floor as well as gone into the store to inquire as customers. They confirm the sales force pushes this product because of its ease of care and installation. Again, made a call to corporate to try to get someone else to help before I contact the news station back about this issue. As of now, stay far away from this company! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! Do not use these people. They hire crooks to come into your house, and unless you pay Cabinets to Go a 20% installation mark up fee, they won't enforce the vendors workmanship. The vendor they sent took the wrong measurements, which forced us to wait additional time to get everything installed, and since it took extra time, the vendor has now scheduled other work to do, and put us on the back burner. When the installer finally came to do the work, I pointed out some of the poor workmanship that needed to be fixed, then he got upset, and left, refusing to finish the job, even though he was paid already! Ordered our new vanity from CTG a couple of weeks ago. The quality of the wood appears to be very sturdy and love the slow shut feature on all cabinets and drawers! The ivory finish complemented our countertop nicely. Middle piece had a few cracks in the wood which probably occurred during the shipment process; However, store manager Will Armand took care of us and offered us a 10% off refund plus a touch up kit for the inconvenience. Overall, no complaints. I would order from here again as a future customer. Very reasonable prices when compared to the big box retailers, save up to 40%. If you're in the market for a vanity replacement or new kitchen cabinets, strongly consider CTG before heading to HD or Lowe's. Plenty to choose from and excellent staff I must say. read more
