Very unprofessional poor customer service. Went to get a tattoo behind ear neck side and turned out to be crooked, went to ask to see if they can fix it and they made me feel stupid they were like noooo it looks fine they said, wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake, I also got a tattoo on my arm and the needle skipped so much. Didn't want to do anything at all didn't want to fix it or touch up NOTHING! Now I'm stuck with a crooked tattoo on a very noticeable area and my arm tattoo with not completed lines. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BE CAUTIOUS FOR YOUR HEALTH. The worst tattoo experience ever and this is probably my 20th tattoo or so. The shop was dirty and smelled of heavy smoke I got this done on Easter 2021 and this is the follow up picture. I'm not even sure of the artist name but he took an hour just to make a stencil and 30 minutes just to smoke outside. Also the artist only dry wiped my tattoo with a dusty basic household paper towel. Four of us were supposed to get tattooed but he refused to do any of the other tattoos. I am never going back here. I contacted the owner to get my money back and complain about the artist he said he couldn't do anything besides try to fix the tattoo but no remorse for how the guy did me dirty. If this is the type of work he supports then the shop should be closed down. Also there was no waiver signed which honestly should've been the first red flag. I've had 6 tattoos done by Grant, 2 he fixed from other shops that I was unhappy with and 4 being completely his. I get constant compliments about how bright and bold my tattoos look and I've had them for YEARS now. If you're looking for a new tattoo guy look no farther because he's your guy. I came here for piercings and got two done. I've been trying to get two more done along with my friends recently. First, we called the day before and he confirmed that the piercer would be in on the next day, but we went and he was not. The next week, we called the day before and he confirmed that the piercer would be there the next day. We called the day of and he confirmed that he would be there, but when we went in, he was not there. We were told he would not be there and he came in on Fridays and the weekend. This week, we planned on going in during the weekend, but we called and he said the piercer would be there on Monday and Tuesday. The inconsistencies in times and the blatant misinformation is a shame. We take our business elsewhere now. read more

Let's just say my experience was absolutely horrible, nothing that a 19 year old woman should have to experience... I can't go into very much detail because what was said was so horrible and gross but I will go into what happened... Ruben was my artist and I wanted to do a very impromptu tattoo... I texted him on instagram and he responded saying come on in he had time to do my tattoo... I get there and everything is normal until he started tattooing. He proceeded to ask me if I had n*pple piercings... told me I was hot and it got wayyyyy worse than that things I don't even want to say in this review. It was horrible, he knew what he was doing he was waiting to tattoo me until he started talking nasty to me because once I was under the needle I didn't know what to do. Throughout the entire tattoo he was making comments about how he wanted to do things with me... he asked me the oldest guy that I've been with and the craziest things I've done with someone and every time I would just ignore them and have an awkward laugh... idk what to do in that situation!!! Needless to say do not support Ruben... I've had tattoos from some of the other guys and they were normal. Ruben completely took advantage of the situation being that nobody else but the piercer (who had headphones on and was in the back room). Don't give ur money to them!! I'm pretty sure the only reason he took a picture of my tattoo also was to get me in it... then he walked me to my car and I felt so uncomfortable that I left bawling! read more

It sux i forgot her name but she does piercings and she did my 14 yo daughters 2nd and 3rd hole in her ears and she flipping was awesome because my kid was super nervous and scared and she helped her be chill. So much so I had to get my 2nd hole pierced from her and I would recommend anyone to her she was great.! Again my apologies for not remembering her name but we joked and said she had sword burns because she has two swords on each side burn.... Paul is the most unorganized in a professional tattoo artist I have ever encountered. He showed up late and was extremely unorganized. Took him 2 hours to law the pattern down only for him to leave for 30 min to take a smoke break. Appointment was at 12pm I ended up leaving at 3pm with nothing done cause he was busy smoking the whole time. They don't wear mask at this location either. Total waste of time. I'll be reporting them. read more

This place was horrible. The piercer let his apprentice and friend watch as he messed up my piercing. He poked me in the wrong place and made my nose bleed really bad and and took a long time to put the earring in. My nose bled for a half hour afterwards. This was the worst piercing experience I've ever had. Will never go back. -10 stars read more

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO LONDON For taking out my angry cartilage piercing. I got a small seamless hoop put in at another shop and it started to get infected & extremely angry w/ me. If I could give negative stars I would. Went in to have jewelry put back in that came out. .. the piercer on the phone said he has experience with high nostrils. An hour later after sitting in a chair while he used unnecessary tools to pry around my nose he dropped my jewelry back and spent forever looking on the floor just to tell me couldn't find it and didn't have anything to match. He admitted he didn't have any experience with my type of piercing. He also didn't disinfect me before or after the appointment. He touched the dirty floor for thirty minutes then touched my bleeding red nose. He also didn't wash his hands either. He didn't offer to reimburse me and when I returned I was treated horribly by other staff who interrupted me and wouldn't let me speak to try and explain my experience and find a dynamic solution. They listened to my husband and he had to be the one to talk so that my point didn't get interrupted. I left with a severely swollen bloody nose. I expressed I was very upset and was told by the piercer he was more upset than I was. Other members of the shop witnessed this and I saw horrified glances exchanged. I can not stress how sexist, unprofessional, and downright illegal the behavior is that goes in here. Not a place women should go or anyone who wants an honest and professional piercer who abides by professional guidelines and safety standards. Horrified. read more

My husband came home last week and said he wanted a tattoo lol he has none so I laughed and went with him to look for a tattoo shop. The first one we went to here in Redlands the guys were very snobby and rude, so we walked out. I remembered driving by this place and told my husband we should go check them out. When we walked in we were greeted by Louie. He was busy with a customer but told us to come back in about 2 hours and he would do my husbands tattoo. When we came back Louie listened to my husband and started drawing. They tweaked the placement of the tattoo and he recommended some colors. When they both got on the same page Louie started the tatt. My husband, Louie and I had a great conversation, the music was good the place was clean and he never complained about being tired. When he finished we were beyond satisfied. The tattoo was absolutely perfect. We loved it. After going to other places I noticed that a lot of tattoo artist act like they couldn't be bothered with you or what you want. I can't speak for all the artist at this place but with Louie you get a person that listens and knows what they are doing. I'll definitely be going back soon. read more

I've got one tattoo from here before and that one came out really good !! So I thought a simple rainbow would be a walk in the park for them. The guy who did my tattoo was really nice and made great conversation however this is not OK I'm a simple gay I just wanted a lil rainbow- the lines are uneven and the colors are not equal to each other. I came to this shop hoping to get a ugly old faded tattoo fixed. The old one was tattooed on me by my husband's friend and she made my kids initials with the ugliest little butterfly next to it. The ink was uneven and I refused to wear my shoulder out because I was embarrassed by it. Tattoo Artist Ruben, Instagram RBNTATOOER, hooked me up. The end product is amazing. The ink is solid as well as the lines ; it's quarter sleeve and you cannot see the old tattoo at all. This is my 8th tattoo, and I'll tell you by far, he is the absolute best. Oh yeah, my appointment began on time, he was professional, the price for the amount of production was fair, and the atmosphere is cool too. This review is for the piercer. I went with my friend to get her nose pierced and when we walked in I told the guy in the very first booth that we were there to get a piercing, to which he said "ok she will be out soon." I wasn't sure if he was going to tell her she had a customer but I assumed he would, so we sat down. After waiting close to 35 minutes (the shop was not full), I then approached the same guy and asked if maybe we should make an appointment instead and come back since the piercer had not come out and he replied with "oh I'm not sure if she's coming out did you talk to her." And I said "no I thought you were going to tell her we were here." He then went to tell her and she came out about 5 minutes later. So we go back to the room where she does the piercings and nothing about the experience was good. To begin, she was very rushed and didn't explain anything to my friend and we told her it was her first piercing other than lobes. She then pierced her nose, barely wiped off the blood and said "you're all done and here is a paper towel for your bleeding" She didn't explain how or what to clean it with and when my friend asked her she looked at both of us sort of dumbfounded and then gathered her thoughts and said "dial soap two times a day." That's it. No other direction as in 'you can change it out after ___ weeks' or 'it may take ___ weeks to heal.' It was almost as if we were bothering her by still being in the room. My friend then hands her $60 (piercing was $45) and she immediately said "the rest is tip right" and my friend feeling obligated after that said yes and the piercer replied "oh hell yes, thanks." She did apologize for not being able to catch her thoughts, and maybe she was just having an off day, but with that experience alone I would not go back nor take anyone I know there. read more

Came in with my friend to get our snugs pierced by London. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest when consulting about our piercings. He will NOT pierce anyone or anywhere that he feels is unsafe or will result in a poor piercing outcome, which makes him highly trustworthy. He was very clean and fast (NO pain!!) and provided detailed information about appropriate aftercare. 2 months later and we haven't experienced any complications with our piercings and they're healing great. London even helped replace a ball when it got lost!! 12/10 will definitely return for any future piercings!! read more

We had stopped by 2 shops before that but left because we weren't feeling the vibes. Shawn Monaco however, welcomed us in and made us feel comfortable immediately as well as helped us finalize what we exactly wanted based on budget and inspiration. The illustrations we wanted were from a baby book of mine and although I don't think it's a style Shawn typically does he pulled it off beautifully and gave us a great experience as well.
