I wasn't given a plate or napkin for my bagel and it was a little hard to get someone's attention to ask where to find napkins (up by the register). It would've been great if they'd asked whether we wanted our items for here or to go. The restroom was out of toilet tissue, and when I tried to tell a staff member, they were wearing headphones so they couldn't hear me. I had to go find another to let them know. This Starbucks location is very nice except for the confusing parking lot. It is very strangely…read moredesigned, not like most Starbucks locations, which allow for easy in and easy out. I always order on the app and go inside to pick up my drink and food. There are four or five spaces in front but there is only one way in and one way out and it can be very difficult to get out when other people are turning in or driving past the side to get into the drive-through line. When you try to exit the parking lot, you are greeted with a "Do Not Enter" sign to the left, so you have to turn right, and drive all the way back to the access road. The access road is often congested with semi trucks and cars entering and exiting the gas station. Even though this Starbucks is located close to the interstate exit it always takes longer than expected. By the time I navigate the parking lot and wait for traffic it is not a quick stop. The interior is very nice with good use of space. Employees are friendly, and always greet customers as they enter the store.
