Jonathan from Empire Towing was incredibly responsive and helped tow my car after it broke down on my way to work. Even though I had left the keys inside, he handled everything promptly and professionally, delivering the car straight to a nearby repair shop. His rate was more affordable than anyone else I called, and he arrived exactly when he said he would. I highly recommend Empire Towing--and especially Jonathan--for their friendly, fast, professional, and reasonably priced service. They really came through for me in a stressful situation.

I checked Yelp because I have AAA but the tow I needed was outside of their free towing area. Almost 100 5-star reviews made Empire Towing my first call for an estimate. I normally do not do reviews, But Jonathan and his worker were great! I was very stressed out trying to work and search for the best fair price around to tow our 2017 Silverardo. Jonathan was very patient and answered all my questions and really worked with me on my price. His worker was on time even a few minutes early and was very friendly. My fiancé and son rode in their truck which was very nice and well maintained and airconditioned. We know who we will be using for our future tows. I needed a tow for my Infiniti G35 after running over a piece of rebar the night before. I had an appointment scheduled the next day with my mechanic so I needed to get my car there the next day early morning. I reached out to Empire towing seeing the good reviews and they responded back within 5 minutes. He quoted me a good price and I asked if he was available the next morning since I had to be at the mechanics at a certain time and he stated he would. After confirming appointment at 7pm. He would have had to be at my house at 7am the next day. So the fact Empire was able to schedule me with no more than 12 hrs in advance I was amazed already. When Empire showed up at my house, they were very careful since my car was a bit lowered and he took his time hooking up. With no cons of this service I rate a 5/5 especially since it was raining during the time of hookup and drive to mechanics which was an hour away. If I ever need this service or friends do, I will never hesitate to call Empire towing. read more

We own an auto repair business, so when AAA fell through and we needed a car towed in, I messaged and called several towing companies. I messaged Empire at 11:28, and by 11:30 we were on the phone, and he told me he could be there within the hour. By 1:45 the car was delivered to the shop. He was fast, communicative, and reliable. Not to mention the price was more than fair for a 40+ mile tow. Would highly recommend to any one searching, and we will recommend him to all our customers. Excellent Service! I needed to move my car about 30 miles away and needed a tow service that wasn't a rip off. Empire Towing answered my call right away, came and got my car at agreed upon time, and took care of my car! I would highly recommend using empire towing for any of your towing needs. I had the pleasure of working with Empire Towing today. My Saleen wouldn't start for the past two weeks after being stored for a few years. Pretty depressing when my 350z that was stored for the same amount of time started right up with a new battery. I called Empire Towing based on some recommendations this morning and I couldn't be happier. They towed my Saleen from Riverside to my in-laws in Pomona without an issue. They're professional and kept me updated on their time of arrival. My Saleen is lowered beyond stock and they made it work. If I'm honest... I had some serious anxiety knowing very well that most tow truck companies would turn me away because of how low my Saleen sits. Empire Towing worked their magic and I'm beyond grateful. Trying to scam us for double the price. When I asked him for his name, he gave me a fake one, "Kevin." I knew this wasn't a real name because the initals on the receipt were "AH". We have hired Armando multiple times, and each time, he scammed us of money. He said there was a "5% zelle fee" one time and then upped it to a "10% zelle fee" the second time we asked. He also stated that the $400 extra would have to be negotiated with his "supervisor" because he "wasn't in charge" of the prices. And told us to contact the number we initially contacted him with -- implying that the person on the number 909-816-1167 was not him. Even though we called that exact number to ask him if he got the correct address and knew where our trailer would be towed. We spoke DIRECTLY to him with that number!!!! I would not continue to provide service to someone so greedy, that lies and takes advantage of young women. To think you'll be able to get away with something like this without being put on blast is incredibly insulting. We initially trusted him because he is actually knowledgable in what he does, but at the expense of his greed and dishonesty, I wish no one else to hire him for service.

Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition.
