Called AAA for a tow to get my car to a repair shop and the sent a woman that was very rude to begin with. She said she couldn't tow my car because it was in my driveway and that it was AAA rules , so I rolled my car out to the street and she still wouldn't pick my car up...she simply told me she had other tows and left. Left my car halfway in the street with no way to close the gate to my property. Worthless tow company. read more

My car died and contacted AAA and they assigned Superior towing. Their committed time was 45mins-1hour. I sat on a very dangerous on ramp for over 2.5 hours. Call them in between to check and they keep saying they will call the driver and call me back. They never called me back. Then called AAA back and they assigned another roaming company that company immediately called back and confirms 20mins ETA. Then they said they have two of the same requested tow, to find out Superior cancelled the first request after two hours into the wait but never called me to let me know. If of your insurance company assigns you to Superior please tell them you don't want to use them. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. read more

This HORROR started out with a tow via AAA at 3:30 p.m. We contacted AAA for an update after almost two hours, especially since the automated phone update via AAA phone inquiry stated the company was 15 mins out, over an hour ago. Another hour, the driver called and claimed AAA gave him the wrong location. He claimed it would take at least 25-30 mins to get off the exit and turn around. We NEVER heard from him again. Another hour later, an entirely NEW tow company called to advise us they would be an hour out. Thee WORST two company ever!!!! I will file a complaint with AAA in the morning. read more

We used AAA to get a tow and they sent out superior towing. My father in law used his wifes membership to pay and after waiting almost and hour after we were told they were going to be there the guy that showed up was rude and told us that my mother in law HAD to be there in person. We tried to explain that she was very ill and couldn't make it. The guy left us there and did not tow the vehicle due to that. We were stuck on the side of the road after that for hours. It was unprofessional and down right rude. I hope AAA does not use these people ever again. read more

I have AAA for towing and my car broke down on a dangerous area of the freeway near Ontario, I broke down at 12:33 called AAA they did their part to get a tow company to me...I got my first text saying I'd have someone there around 1:12, then after calling back they sent a text saying e there at 1:42, after I called again they said they'd be there at 2:05 again I called and was told they'd now be there at 2:30 which was about 2 hours after initial call and an hour and 20 later than original estimated time. They finally showed up at about 2:36 and the driver opens and leans in my passenger side asks for only my driver's license no kindness or apology and takes my ID to his truck with no explanation and calls my name in to make sure I don't have any outstanding issues...he acted more like I was a criminal and that he would prefer to take my car to impound and me to jail then to get me and my car safely home. I was in disbelief as I am from Northern California and never once has a tow truck driver cared more about seeing if he could bust me than helping me. I am a soccer mom of 5 and unfortunately with all my driving have had to use tow trucks on many occasions. I then had to ride with him the 20 min drive home as my ride had left long before to help get all my kids picked up from schools as I waited for over 2 hours for help on a merging area of the freeway in SoCal. Now after someone said that isn't super uncommon in SoCal so I was like maybe they have to do that....well a week later my car did the same shutdown and again I needed a tow home and the man was to me in less than 30 mins from Flag Towing. He was kind, he was helpful and he could have cared less about my ID as his only concern was to get me safely home even tho I was in a much safer location this time....so as much as I wanted to believe that how Superior handled my situation was routine in SoCal, I quickly realized it is not, it was the driver for Superior Towing who chose to treat me so unkind and would rather try to bust a soccer mom than to apologize or at least just help to safety...if ever I need a tow I will be sure to tell AAA not to send Superior Towing as I don't trust them and as a woman who fears men to some extent I won't risk anything by using them...and not too mention calling in my name will get them nothing as I am not one to get in trouble at 43 years old with 5 kids. Just really disappointed in the treatment and time in which to help as they showed no care or concern for me as their customer. Now I will be going over to give a review of Flag Towing and how amazing their driver was. read more
