Empire really got me out of a jam when my EV car broke down. Another towing company quoted $45 over his rate and told me to expect a 40 minute wait. Thus guy arrived in just about 10 minutes and towed my car home with no problems. The nest thing is he delivered it oarked in my driveway just looked like mothing was wrong! Today my techs truck broke down in the middle of a busy street. I called Empire Towing and dealt with Jonathan. Without going into a very long story; I will just say that ultimately I did not use Jonathan due to the police showing up and having a tow truck dispatched before he could get there.
