Mimi is the best! I had never had eyelashes put on before and had a good bit of anxiety not only thinking about it but actually having it done. She was such a calm, reassuring presence. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She played my favorite music (instead of the typical spa music) and would diffuse a calming blend of essential oils to relax me. She was so good at this that I tended to fall asleep many times during my appointment, even when I came in extremely anxious with my eyes fluttering so badly that she could not even begin applying the lashes. I am so grateful that she did this for me because having those beautiful eyelashes on looked so amazing and gave me an increased sense of confidence. I would constantly get compliments on my lashes and was always giving out her business card. When she told me she was moving I was devastated, literally devastated.
