Very disappointed... I was originally to see Rayanne, unfortunately she no longer works there.i get my reminder text 2 days before( mind you i replied and confirmed ) and another one 1 day before ... I arrive on time. Checked in and under her breath the receptionist says she's running a little behind..ten minutes later I ask how much longer maybe another 10 minutes...which more than likely would have been another 15-20.. I am very taken back on how in the text messages that are sent - if you cancel less than 24 hours or are a no show you may be charged..what about as a customer my time is just as important , a courtesy call would have been nice. I did not stay, this is the second time this has happened, only the first time I waited..I will not be renewing one of my services and the one I'm keeping, I will drive further to see if another ewc customer service is better... read more

I came and got an eyebrow wax today. I will start by saying that the waxed was great, sweet lady. My issue is with the front desk workers (Haley) and their incompetence. There is a sign on display right in front of the register that says if you sign up to subscribe for texts/emails, you get $5 off at checkout. I signed up, got the alert that i was subscribed. I showed this to Haley upon checkout. She said since there was no code, she wouldn't honor it and she couldn't give me the discount. I have included pics of both my confirmation and the sign. The sign doesn't say anything about a code, just to show confirmation. I asked for the managers number, which she refused to give me. She said she would take my name and have Daisy give me a call back. Crappy way to run a business. Don't make people sign up for stuff if you aren't going to honor the promised discount. read more

Tried this location because it is extremely close to my job location. First time I went there. It was OK. I felt a little uncomfortable because all the staff was taking a break in the front where the guest wait to be seen and I was sitting amongst them talking like as if it was their break room, but I still went ahead and purchased multiple wax for future appointments due to it being so close and convenient today was my second experience at that location and absolutely different experience. The girl in the front was very kind and Minnie was a absolutely great waxer. I've been going to various European Wax Center locations for many years and typically have a good experience. Yesterday I was with their waxer, Anastacia, and she was amazing! She did a great job with not only the wax but recommending products that work well with my skin. She even had a little display bag of her favorite products that she recommends and had an adorable little envelope that she gives her clients including a handwritten thank you note with her information so that we can book again, aftercare tips, and a little lollipop. Response to business since I can't do a new message . -I DID reach out to you more than once before I posted this review and you failed to make it right. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years (I always bought the buy 9 get 3 )and Monica was a my wax specialist and is a gem! Amazing at what she does, however she left and I tried a new waxer and I'm not going to put her name because maybe she had an off day but she was kind and made me Feel comfortable. (I still think that European wax canter should take responsibility for their waxers mistakes. And they didn't ) However. I went in for a Brazilian and my legs. When I went home I felt my legs and that silky smooth feeling wasn't there. :/ It actually felt like a just shaved ... I looked at my legs and my hairs were broken off at skin level instead of pulled out. Not what I paid for and not what I had received in the past. I had some hair ripped(broken) off in my Brazilian as well. And hairs left behind on both services. I wouldn't have minded to go in for my touch up within 5 days which I have never had to do in the past but your hairs have to be so long and that wouldn't help. I was in the area and spoke with a receptionist and showed her my legs and she agreed they looked like they were shaved due to breakage. I left messages but The manager did not Call me except once from a blocked number on a Sunday and I don't answer those. Anyway, I finally got another call from a district manager who offered only a 50% refund even though I paid full price and received subpar service. I won't be returning to European wax center and I just hope you know that you're taking a risk on wasting your money. They only refund you 50% of what you pay if their waxers do not deliver. read more

She's super talkative and attentive to whatever I needed, she made me feel super comfortable and overall calm! I loved how fast my appointment went, and it seemed like it wasn't as painful as i expected. At the end of my appointment I wasn't overly pressured to be part of their membership deals or pressured to buy any of their products besides paying for my services. When I go to get waxed I want ALL of the hair removed from that area. Which it was not upon full inspection at home. The regrowth process has been painful, ugly and irritating. Never have I gotten so many ingrown hairs, this is why I stopped shaving! I have a horrible painful bumpy mess. And yes I exfoliated with one of your products and used the ingrown serum.
