We have been coming here for several months and are loyal customers now to Victoria. First the location is right in the middle of cute Claremont Village and the studio is so cute and aesthetic. It's such vibe! My teen agrees. Victoria is super gentle with her technique which make the experience as low pain as possible. My teen has super sensitive skin and Victoria handles it with ease. We once had to go to a closer to home waxing place (that's a chain) and boy was that a mistake. Painful and not as clean and spotless as this studio. We won't be doing that again. read more

Speed waxing! I was in and out with a perfect wax in less than 15 minutes. From start to finish Victoria was completely professional and super sweet. The salon is beautiful and smells like you're about to be refreshed and beautified. They do keep the front doors locked so you just text your girl and they come let you in. I've been waxing for a while now and I can tell you they do a great job. Their suite inside the Phenix Salon is very clean and they have a super cute decor. Victoria is really sweet and is easy to talk to, I prefer to have conversation while everything is happening, it helps ease my mind lol. I went here for a Brazilian wax because my usual place was busy. Victoria waxed me and she was very fast. There was minimal pain (wasn't sure if that was cause I have been doing this over a year) she will definitely be my back up in case my regular is booked from now on. The room is very cute and clean.
