I am writing to formally report an extremely unprofessional interaction I had with the manager at…read moreyour store. I called the store because I wanted to ask what types of cannabis products the store currently carries. When the employee answered, I politely asked to speak with the manager. Instead of simply transferring me, the employee repeatedly questioned me about why I wanted to speak with the manager. I explained that I simply wanted to speak with the person in charge, yet I was still questioned and had to wait approximately 5-10 minutes before being connected. Once I was finally transferred to the manager, the interaction immediately felt unnecessarily hostile and confrontational. His tone and attitude toward me were disrespectful from the beginning of the conversation. I was calling as a potential customer with a simple question about the products the store sells, and there was no reason for the interaction to become confrontational. When I addressed his attitude and explained that I was simply trying to get information as a customer, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or professionally address my concern, the manager became even more upset. He ultimately told me, "We're not going to sell you anything" and stated that he did not like the way I was speaking to him. I found this interaction extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I understand that employees and managers have the right to refuse service in certain circumstances, but the way this situation was handled was completely unnecessary. I contacted the store intending to potentially make a purchase and simply wanted information about the products available. Instead, I was treated as though I had done something wrong simply for asking to speak with a manager and questioning the manager's attitude toward me. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed by the appropriate person in management or corporate leadership. I would also like the conduct of the manager and the employee who initially handled my call to be addressed appropriately. Customers should be able to contact a business, ask reasonable questions, and expect to be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Regardless of whether the manager agreed with me or liked the way I responded to his attitude, his position as a manager should require him to remain professional and de-escalate customer concerns rather than escalate them. I am not writing this complaint simply because I was refused service. I am writing because of the manner in which I was treated and because I believe the interaction fell far below the standard of customer service that should be expected from a manager representing your business. I would appreciate a response regarding how this complaint will be handled and whether the incident will be reviewed.

He immediately made a snide comment about if we're going to be there we had to purchase a cigar which I did and then continued to make such comments when my husband was going to smoke his own cigar which he already had. After my husband stepped outside when he came back in the attendant continued making comments about sitting there and using the WiFi, saying that if we were going to sit there, we BOTH needed to buy a cigar. That assumption alone was frustrating--especially since I was using my own hotspot and not their WiFi at all. The way it was handled came across as obnoxious and unwelcoming especially since I purchased 3 cigars in total. On top of that, the cigar selection was nothing special. I've definitely seen much better elsewhere, so there wasn't even a redeeming factor there. The space itself is also very small, with limited seating--you're basically sitting on top of other people, which makes for an uncomfortable experience. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, unimpressive selection, and cramped environment means I will NEVER visit this place again.

They have a terrific humidor room with an outstanding variety of high-end and not so high-end cigars. There is something for everyone and all reasonably priced. They even a couple of seats in the back of the humidor room to sit, relax, hang with some friends and chat. What was easy to notice was the amazing ventilation system throughout. It really make a stay better when you're not sitting in the middle of a cloud. I recommend this shop for all us cigar aficionados out there. Sit back, relax and enjoy the smoke.
