After only 2 dry needling and chiropractic treatments with Jayden Montgomery, my neck pain has diminished and my stamina has improved. I have 2 more sessions scheduled and anticipate that my recovery will continue under his care. Update: on 8/25/25 I mentioned my ongoing plantar fasciitis pain to Jayden for the first time since I started my course of treatment for my neck pain. He claimed that he could insert a needle into my calf muscle which may help. Two days later, I cannot believe how much better I feel. It is the first time in months that I can walk without pain and I have tried everything from custom inserts, physical therapy, Kuru shoes and an injection by a podiatrist with little to no success. Very friendly clinic, and very understanding of chronic pain not treatable with surgery. Kylie May, P.A. took two weeks to gather all information she needed in order to agree with previous providers on an ongoing medication treatment plan. Yes, I had to go without my usual medication for that time, but Kylie made sure that I would be as comfortable as she could make me with alternatives while she did her due diligence. She makes you feel that you're listened to and worked with. The care and control over the way Mountain View as a company handles controlled substances is excellent. (If you are 'faking it' to get your hands on the candy, don't even try it - but if you want to hear some really amusing stories on that one, there are plenty!!) This is a holistic program - and, for once, I actually look forward to the chiropractic and PT they provide. Okay, it only goes so far for my particular condition, but some of it feels good at the time - so, why not? It sure can't hurt! Ben (PT) is the first one to see for the service, and have a lengthy evaluation with. On complimenting him for such due diligence, he explained that this is company policy - no one is allowed to just dive on in there, from medication to complimentary services. Big difference to anywhere else I've been. It's like everyone really cares. (What a concept!) Therefore, a big thumbs up to MVPC. Nice job all around. read more

I would never recommend this place. The people at the front desk or not knowledgeable at all and very unhelpful regarding billing questions. They really over charged my credit card. I will be disputing this. Also the therapy assistants or aides were extremely unprofessional. They all might need to consider another profession that is not in customer service. Having been a patient of Mountain View Pain Center (MVPC) for a few years, my experiences with them have come full circle. When I first sought out MVPC for my Chronic Pain Management needs I was very pleased with those individuals that were directly involved with my care and the group as a whole. I saw them monthly for my pain management medication refills and medicine adjustments as needed. I also had physical therapy with them, initially 2x per week and then 1x per week as my condition slightly improved. After many weeks of physical therapy I began doing my own physical therapy at home due to the cost of doing it with MVPC. However, I did continue to see MVPC for my prescription pain management needs. After a few more months I personally saw an alarming turnover rate with the PAs that were treating me. Within a period of about 9 months I had been seen by 5 different PAs at different offices all around the Denver metropolitan area because the MVPCs PAs kept quitting for some unknown reason. I had to drive quite far to get to several different MVPC locations where they actually had PAs left that hadn't quite quit MVPC yet. It was at this point in my experience with MVPC that I became quite upset and depressed above and beyond my baseline depression. I couldn't obtain any consistency or build any relationship with MVPCs PAs I was assigned to because after a couple of visits they kept resigning from MVPC. I am also not able to work anymore due the severe chronic pain I have been dealing with for many years. A few months ago I was assigned my 5th PA with MVPC in the short amount of time I have been under their care. During my most recent prescription pain management appointment I was completely unexpectedly informed that MVPC would no longer be able to see me as a patient. MVPCs reasoning for rejecting me to receive care from them thereafter didn't seem anywhere close to reaching a reasonable threshold to stop caring for someone like me that deals with severe chronic pain, severe depression and not being able to work due to my medical condition. Additionally, you would think that a medical office who has so much turnover and who made me drive to multiple offices all over the Denver metro-area would want to show me that they actually care about their patients. Needless to say, because of MVPCs revolving door, ever resigning PAs, I felt that no one there was interested in forming a Doctor/Patient relationship with me. It seemed to me that MVPC only cared about the money. The owners and/or principals at MVPC who are Doctors took the Hypocratic Oath towards the end of their academic career. Apparently, given my experience with MVPC, they don't even care about the Oath they all swore to uphold. In closing, given my experience with MVPC and the fact that there are many pain management care professionals all over the Denver Metro-area, I strongly encourage you to seek out others and not MVPC. read more

There are tons of pain management clinics. And unfortunately, I've been to a few. Mainly because of the massive turnaround, and being treated like a number. Especially because I'm very young, but have had back issues and have fractured my vertebrae. And being this young puts me under scrutiny. From the very first visit here, I was shown nothing but empathy, and had all my questions answered! On the first visit, the provider and I went over goals, and treatment options. And she made sure my treatment plan was tailored to my needs! She got me started with their in-house physical therapy, and their in-house massage therapy that very day! And everyone I have met has been astonishing, and they look past my age immediately! Every visit is tailored to what I require that day! I finally feel like I have a wonderful connection with a pain management clinic. I also didn't have to start from square one with them! They got all the records they required and picked up from there. I don't see why anyone here would have a bad experience, only if they didn't obey the basic rules of the clinic. Even the front desk receptionists knew my name from the second visit! This is how all DRS offices should be. If you are looking for a one-stop shop for pain management services (Physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, cupping, injections) and more that I'm probably forgetting, this is the best place for you. read more

Only a handful of people I would deal with here! I have experienced the worst care by Kylie and Taylor they are the most inconsiderate women I have had to deal with. Kylie the PA is a ticking time bomb she has no filter I hear her cursing and talking negatively about every patient that went in before me and a few after as I was waiting for paperwork. She and Taylor have the worst attitudes and they do not take this job seriously I have witnessed Taylor constantly on her phone everytime I am there, reading a book, watching a movie or filing her dang nails, ignoring patients that ask questions and sitting there just letting the phone ring or even telling other people what to do while she sits there. Like really come on Mountain View Littleton we patients need your help not your constant rude unprofessional behaviors or negative attitudes! Get it together! 0stars if I could and thumbs down because these two. And out of all this I still cannot get simple questions answered for pain management! Absolutely absurd! read more

The Doctors and therapist here have been great. However the stress they produce while trying to schedule and continue PT is huge. I needed prior Authorization ( as usual) but Ashley at the office has been very rude and unhelpful to me. The office ppaperwork for the Prior Authorization wasn't done correctly. ( Also again). Leaving me without the ability to continue my plan of care. The state sent me another letter saying they denied my PT because Ashley and office wouldn't call the PAR line to see what was wrong. they forgot to check boxes again , didn't provide the information the state asks for. Even tho I called and told them Medicaid wanted them to do so. Ashley blew me off and didn't call. So now again. I'm w out PT. And have been for 2 mts. I'm asking for PT not medication Ashley..... No reason to not help the patients. read more

I have chronic neck and back problems that have really flared up as I am in the process of relocating to the area. My daughter had recommended doctor Allen and I called and was taken in as a walk in to get me started. I had both physical therapy and a great adjustment by the doc which really helped the chronic neck spasms and ha in my neck. The doctor had several other suggestions and helped me understand my back problems and how to approach them. I would highly recommend care at this location and the staff have been great as well. Super frustrated. Went to see a pain management doctor and didn't feel supported. She wanted me to try trigger point injections but I wasn't sure. I was pretty desperate for relief and decided to get them since it would only cost $20. BUT then a month later they billed me for $92 and said the receptionist was wrong. Well then the receptionist isn't doing their job because I struggle enough with pain and paying to care for myself and getting a $92 injection was low priority in comparison to other routes. read more

Went to the Mountain View Pain Center on the recommendation of my wife. I was not disappointed in the least. I can't say Dr. Allen in a miracle worker because that type of medical attention takes time. But I can say that after a few treatments the pain in my lower back seems to be subsiding and a lot more manageable. The staff is awesome from the time you walk in the door until you walk back out. I will continue my visits to the Mountain View Pain Center. Finding something bad to say is difficult. If I were to try and find a negative it would be that the waiting room is small. With that being said, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes after my appointment time so I guess it really doesn't matter. Plus the front staff are good people to chat with. I am going in tomorrow morning for a massage and will update after. My wife was very pleased with her massage last week. read more

In reading the previous review on this place I had to make one of my own! I hope Lei M will see this and realize it's likely their office phones were down and a bad review is really unnecessary. Integra is a phone service provider, they probably do have an answering machine, but if their phones are down you are automatically rerouted to the provider. I like this place so far, the doctor has been really helpful with my joint pain, any questions I have he has a great explanation of what is going on and is always in a good mood. The body is a crazy thing, so much to take in from a systems approach, so I like it when doctors are willing to explain what they believe is going on. So far I found exactly the help I was looking for with Mountain View Pain Center! The massage I had was great too, though quite painful lol, but that's what happens when you have tissues that need mashing! read more

I found Mountain View Pain Center from their Amazon Local deal for a 60 minute massage. Since they're 5 minutes from my house, I figured, why not? The massage therapist is amazing. She is very talented at finding the points that need the most work and working on them until they're a lot better. As she says, she doesn't give a "fluff" massage--she actually works on problem areas. She does a really good job, but the majority of the massage, you will be uncomfortable because the area she's working on needs help. The day after the massage, you will feel a lot better. After my second massage there, I went in for a consultation with Dr. Williams and have decided to continue to go for adjustments. Dr. Williams is very good, contrary to the review by Leslie B.. I have spinal disc compression from working a desk job. When I come in for an adjustment, I get put on a spinal decompression machine and then electric muscle stimulation to help my muscles relax. Then, Dr. Williams will adjust me. After my 3rd visit, I have not had any issues for a week. My back has not felt this good in years. I highly recommend Mountain View Pain Center for both their massages and chiropractic adjustments. read more

This rating is purely regarding the doctor at the Littleton office. My husband who suffers from back pain and myself who's in tip top shape but likes occasional maintenance and massages, decided to take advantage of the special advertised online. I'm assuming the doctor wasn't too keen on that because he barely adjusted me and I'm very petite, and my husband wasn't properly adjusted either. If you're going to do a half-ass job, quit your practice. The irony is that there was another guy in your office while I was on the traction machine, complaining about the same thing! The doctor sucks at adjusting people. Your massage therapist is awesome though! read more

I love the staff at Mountain View Pain Center. Dr Alan always takes time to discuss how I am and takes time to answer questions. I love my Physical Therapy sessions and the medical assistant, Autumn is wonderful! I have been to several different massage therapists and locations and it is extremely hard to find a therapists that can work on bigger gentlemen. Lindsay is very capable of working out the tension and soreness that can be accompanied by working a physical job. I have had two sessions with her and am thoroughly impressed with her talents. I would have given a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the front desk lady. As I was checking out after the massage told me that because my first massage was from Living Social I wouldn't be allowed to use any more deals from Living Social for their facility. Those deals are for new clients only and was very rude about me using a second deal. There is nothing on Living Social that indicates that you must be a new client. The office is very clean and well kept and I would recommend that if your looking for a good massage schedule an appointment with Lindsay. read more

We were billed for our visit after being told that our PT treatment would be covered through our insurance. When they made a mistake and made an appointment with a chiropractor (after repeatedly asking for a PT), we were billed for the treatment for out-of-pocket costs. I called their headquarters and explained the situation to which they responded, "we have no record of that. We will send your bill to collections if you do not pay it." The treatment itself was okay but having to deal with this logistical problem with no understanding from their corporate office makes me concerned for other patients. A very poor experience with them and will not be going back. read more

Took advantage of a LivingSocial 60 minute massage deal. I've been keeping an eye out for a massage deal with good reviews and one came along for Mountain View Pain Center that I decided to jump on. I needed Saturday appointment availability due to work schedule, which they do have limited Saturday hours. I did have to take an appointment 2 weeks from when I called, but I expected that trying to get in on a weekend. To be straight, this is NOT a relaxing massage. It can really be more described as bodywork than massage. My massage therapist, Brandon, warned me about this before he started when we were discussing what I was looking for. He did give the option of more of a Swedish type massage, but it really isn't what they specialize in. I came in for specific issues with my neck and shoulders so I didn't mind. While there were parts of the massage that were uncomfortable, even painful, it is just part of that type of massage. He listened to where my problem areas were and focused on them. I came out feeling wonderful and will definitely be returning and paying full price for the procedures. The office is small but welcoming. The building that it's in was dead on the weekend, making it a little creepy to walk into being unfamiliar with it, but it was fine! read more

I started seeing Dr. Trotter at 32 weeks pregnant with severe back pain. I was in tears, daily because of the pain I was in and was at the point where it was difficult for me to take deep breaths. I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Trotter and my pain was instantly relieved. I had a concern the next day and emailed Dr. Trotter. He answered me immediately and saw me again that night. My lower back pain has been gone ever since and I can now enjoy my last few weeks of pregnancy!!! Everyone in the office is so friendly and I am so thankful for the help they have given me. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to see them after baby boy arrives. I came to the area about 6 months ago, and I had previously been seeing a massage therapist regularly for back pain, and because I like to spoil myself. I didn't have a regular place here yet, and massage envy is very hit or miss, so I thought I would give this place a try. I am very pleased with my the therapists here, especially Amanda. Excellent sports type massage that hurts so good, which I desperately need. I don't normally write reviews, but the reason I am writing this one is for more than just a good massage. I went ahead and got an adjustment, and Dr. Oscar was asking me questions about my level of activity (I am an avid skier), and I had confessed that my knee had been bothering me for a couple years on and off, so he took X-rays, did ice and stim, ultrasound, and showed me a bunch of exercises. Nothing has worked for me in the past, and I thought this dull ache was going to follow me around forever, and it was something I was just going to have to take Advil for and live with. Thank god he asked me those questions. I have been back several times now, and keeping up with the exercises they gave me (which I highly recommend), and for the first time in years, I am almost completely pain free. I can run long distances again. It used to bother me to run more than about two miles, and I am now training for my first half marathon since I was in college. I am very fortunate to have found this place. I used to think chiropractors only did back stuff, and that they weren't "real" doctors. (Granted, I went to a chiropractor in California, and he was a total quack, so they are not all good.) But no "real" doctor has ever been able to help me with my knee, or even tell me what was wrong with me.
