I am new to yoga. I started a month ago because of lower back pain. My back doesn't ache and I am walking without pain. I love the experience. The instructors are wonderful providing support and motivation. Tomer always finds something positive to say and his energy fills the room pushing everyone to get the most out of their practice. Wendy's Yinspiration class is also a favorite of mine as I can feel the tension drift away from my body during the hour. No mattered how stressed I am entering the class by the end I feel at peace. I wish the class was offered in the evenings as I'm sure it would be a great way to ensure a peaceful and very restful sleep. We were informed that there are many knowledgeable trainers and the facility appears to be clean. The staff was friendly. People working out seemed sociable and treated each other respectfully.
