Furthermore, he engaged in highly concerning privacy practices by secretly adding a secondary account to my private Dropbox folders and taking ownership of my files without permission. When I expressed dissatisfaction and requested a partial refund for the uncompleted work, he immediately blocked my phone number and terminated our engagement.
