Mr. Jackson's paralegal, Leslie, was very responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. Within 1-2 days of my initial contact, Leslie followed up by emailing us a PDF (in-take form) designed to efficiently and accurately capture all of our assets (real estate, bank accounts), including all the required information to complete other parts of the Living Trusting including: directive to physician, medical power of attorney, statutory durable power of attorney. As an added courtesy, Mr. Jackson completed the necessary special warranty deeds for our two properties that referenced our old/out dated Trust. In advanced of our signing at their Cedar Park office, Mr. Jackson provided us an editable draft of the entire revocable living trust for correctness and completeness which turned out to be quite helpful because some changes had taken place since our initial completion of Mr. Jackson's in-take PDF form 3-4 weeks prior to our signing appointment. All of this was completed in a total of 4-5 weeks (from the completion of our initial in-take PDF and draft review) as promised.
