Sold for well under its value but it was never going to be what was advertised. Driven less than 1500 Km in two years. Love the Audi A5 Model but may never afford the "real" deal again. read more

Bouget my car on Sept 22 only to own it for 1 week and it has been in being repaired now for over 3 weeks. After being told they didn't have any loaners miraculouslily they got me one this past Sunday. Never answer my messages and have no answers about what is even wrong with it. Sent it to a dealership to have it fixed and they don't even know what is wrong with it and have engineers working on it. Making payments for a car I can't drive is very frustrating asked to switched cars and was told no a deal is a deal and it doesn't work that way. I'm at a lose. This business was all to happy to sell me a non working car. Oh my first clue should have been when I went to drive away after purchase it wouldnt start. Had to get a new battery. Then 2 days later check engine light came on. They have had it ever since. Never will do business with this company again. Just want my money back so I can buy a car I can actually drive. read more

5 star dealer ship in london . . is a joke .. we bought a van about 8 months ago and have had to take in back in 6 times and still things wrong .. the head mechanic Corbin is extreme dismissive to females and never wants to do the work needed had an appt for 11am in london was told i would have to wait for the 3 hours before the van would never get on the lift and another 1.5hrs for the brakes to be fixed .. this has been in a issue since be bought the van and was told id be paying for it .. almost 5 hrs to get brakes done is ridiculous.. and the dealership can never get things straight.. I would not recommend buying here if you have a choice go somewhere else with better business ethics read more

I should of read up on the reviews before purchasing stupid me i applied beginning of august was excepted day I go get my car it had a flat not a big deal they put air in the tires and it blew a bulge but oh it safe to drive they told me (nope not happening) came back next day new tires are on go to drive away and there a noise in the tranny took it right back I didn't even get out of London well it is now middle of November and end of October I finally got my car from them supposly fixed another tranny put in decided to take it to my mechanics to have it pre safetied ha hole in muffler calliper puking out break fluid and front strut is binding took it right to them by a tow truck they put new muffler and new calliper on drive it to me and well low and behold the strut wasn't even fixed took it right back a few days later and they try to tell me it was fixed that I pretty much don't know shit ahh my dad was a mechanic I know a lot more then them supposly fixed it again NOT SAME FUCKING NOISE AND NOW THE BACK END HAS A CLUNK DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I'm paying for a car that I know won't even last til new year read more

I was sold a 2013 BMW X3 last summer for $24,000 and have only been able to drive it a total of 2,000KM since purchase (almost a year now) because of the problems. The vehicle was in such terrible shape that the timing chain blew out in the first 1000km of driving it and the result was complete engine replacement thru BMW of London. I was able to have BMW cover the cost of the engine block itself ($14,000 + $3600 in injectors) but I was forced to cover the cost of the labour ($5400 total = $7500 in loan cost with interest). If you do the math, that's more in repairs that what I paid for the vehicle. Within the next 300km I had both thermostat and intercooler failures (approx $700 thermostat + $1000 intercooler) and now it has broke down again with another drivetrain malfunction after a further 540km of driving in just the city. BMW of London said it was one of the worst condition engines they've ever seen and could only located 2 oil changes in the vehicles history!!! I've asked repeatedly for the dealer who sold it to me to help me out with no resolution yet. At this point I'm out a car and still paying a fortune for it. I'm not a wealthy person by any means and I can't afford to fix it every other week. I'm not sure what to do next besides ride a bicycle from now on and pay this off for the next 5 years. I will never recommend these guys to my worst enemy! My next step is CTV news. read more

Bought a car from Dean. Also dealt with Dave. I ended up paying way more then I wanted too. Also was told 5% then got 7.99% Very much felt like I was pushed into the sale. I was told by everyone I was ripped off on the price and everything else. Within 30 days of me purchasing this car, I had to pay money to a Hyundai Dealership to find out the bottom part of the engine was cracked. There was a ticking noise in the engine. Which I told them from the beginning, if you get rid of the ticking I'll buy this car. They said sure. They never did. The music was turned on loud when I got in the car. I noticed it on my way home hence why I got it checked. Thank gosh it was covered under HYUNDAI. Not 5star. The air conditioning didn't work either. I had to pay another $170 to have Freon put in it. As well as to learn I needed more work done on it. I purchased a 2yr warranty. Which they say they will honour yet I'm having THE HARDEST time trying to get any kind of response. This is a terrible place. DO NOT buy your car there. Do not trust these people. Do not trust the car you're purchasing from them won't have a million plus one surprises within a couple months. I wish I could return this car to them. Just horrible. Lesson learned. read more
