When I finally spoke with Brandon, the owner and former KSU student, he challenged my account and didn't offer an apology not refund. This cab company is not worthy of the name "Owl," which it was given to associate itself with KSU. If a small discount is worth your safety, be their guest, but remember: I warned you. UPDATED: an owl cab just pulled up to a bar sans passenger with the van's stereo so loud, that it was vibrating the tables on the patio.
