One of the railings needa to be installed on tile. The estimater failed to tell me that installs into tile is strictly prohibited. I didnt find this out until the installer arrived. Now I have to find someone to install another company's work. I called THREE times to discuss this. I travel a lot for work, so when I got brushed off for the third time, I asked for a ohone call rather than an email. What did I get? Not a phone call, but an email with a pitiful offer of a refund with the statement they don't charge for installs. If that truly is the case, the product is overpriced. I love the railings. They are exactly what I want. I just haven't appreciated the experience. The lack of communication, and the incredible lack of customer service.

It's a terrible product by a company that treats customers poorly. Buyer beware!!!
